      I purchased a paddle board off of them via Amazon. I live overseas and use a freight forwarding service in ***** to the **************. The first time blowing up the board it burst at a little over inflating it (around 8 PSI) with a SereneLife pump. The capacity the paddle board was to be blown up was 15PSI, so nearly halfway to the required PSI. They have not been helpful and although I have uploaded photos as evidential proof! They will not send me a replacement without sending back the defaultive product, which will cost more than I spent on the board. Give me our geographical location, most suppliers in the US, will send the replacement without the need to send it back as it is trash and the consumer should not be put in a detriment or loss financially or loss of enjoyment when theyve provided a defective good. Laws protect the consumer and they are not playing by the regulations or laws set it place. I would like a full refund or a replacement simple. I have called 3 times long distance and emailed several times without a resolution! I am filing a compliant with the BBB and hope to get a resolution! Buyers beware!

      SereneLife contact page doesn't work at all. No response to a page comment asking for help. Completely unresponsive.

      I bought a 15 ft serene splash above ground pool and shipping was awful, broken boxes, when I set up the pool parts, gaskets, fittings for the filter and 3 three holes in pool were missing, so pool could not be use and serenelife home stole $350. Plus I had to go to other pool companies locally to get parts and pieces which cost over $150. So I was out in total over $500. And the pool leaks so it was a lost cause. were. I tried calling Amazon and they had me contact serenelife home directly through my email. I must have sent about ***** emails through there customer support and I spoke with a guy named ***** who kept giving me the run around. Don't by anything from serenelife home they steal, and refuse to give you supplies which are warrantees. Plus this ***** person told me they no longer sell this pool which was on Amazon online through Amazon. I'm frustrated, angry and wasted time and money only to get the run around.

      They do not play by their rules. I purchased a SereneLife A/C **** ********* through ******. The unit came with a rebate that states: "Register your product within 76 days and get a 1 year warranty protection and a $25 Rebate" I did that. Then I emailed them in their Contact Us section and asked how to get the rebate? Their response : "Thank you for your recent ********* registration! To get your rebate we need you to send us a new image of your product review so we can confirm your purchase. A screenshot of your product review, submitted review, or a confirmation message that your review was submitted successfully would be perfect. Please attach it in response to this email." I replied, informing them that the rebate does not say that. Since then I have gone around and around with both **** Support and ******. I finally found a phone number for SereneLife (on the BBB) only to be HUNG UP ON by, ****** who kept telling me that they only issue through PayPal. ALL THIS OVER $25!

      Before I ordered the serene life body full mat massager with heat on Serene life home website, I read the description. No where in the description did it state, that if you have sensitive skin or inflammation. You should not use this product. I read this statement after I put in the order and I happen to download the manual. So I would of never known that, until after the fact. After reading that statement, my son diagnosed with IBS cannot use this product. I went on thier website and clicked on "contact us". It brought me to a form I had to fill out information. I told them in the form, that i need to return it and I wanted a refund of the payments i already made and not to charge my debit card for future payments. I never heard back from customer service. I tried calling thier phone number during business hours and noone ever answered. I tried texting the number that informs you that your item shipped out. No luck!!! I just want to return the unopened item and get my money back.
