            In about end of January 2022 or beginning of February 2022 I went into Absolute ******** for contact lenses using my vision plan from work. They immediately confirmed my vision plan, and took a $75 fee from me to accompany my vision benefit and see the doctor, pick out lenses etc. Then they charged my credit card $160 which was a partial payment on the year supply of lenses. To this date, i have not received lenses or a refund. It has been almost a year going back and forth with this eye care center to get the best possible lenses and with the correct prescription. I still have no lenses after 10 months of them holding my deposit and not getting the prescription correct. I have since asked for a full refund of my $160.00. I cannot get the benefit back for this year and they are to blame for this. This place is quick to take your money but slow on delivering the product. I am appalled at the service of this establishment and am requesting a full refund and or a civil suit.

            Dealing with insurance is my least favorite thing when it comes to getting prescription glasses but they took care of it for me in no time. I am very happy with their service and now recommend them to all of my friends and family.
