I purchase 2 signs and post to hang the signs from Paul Signs. They designed the signs. The **** up the dimensions for the sign and made the post. I hung one of the signs from the post. The sign was a metal sign. The sign ripped from the wind. The owner will not replace the sign. He is trying to blame me. He claimed the sign is too big. They **** the dimensions, made the post and provided all of the materials. They never said there would be a problem. He made me 2 signs this size, not just one. Now that he is supposed to stand behind his work it is a problem. He suggested a smaller sign. I would be fine with 1 new sign the same size or a smaller sign and post. If he is unwilling to do either I would like a complete refund. I will return both signs and post. I have done business with them in the past. I certainly didn't expect they would behave like this. Their entire out going message is that they stand by their work. The owner actually hung up on me. I have emailed him to try and resolve this. He is ignoring me. I would appreciate any help you can provide.Business response

This letter is in response to Complaint # ********and exactly where she wanted 2 holes drilled into it.
I told her in my email response.......
She then claimed that the sign came off the hooks and ripped her signdue to high winds and that all trucks were banned from using it.
