On June 14, 2024, I purchased a **** Tzu from The Puppy Boutique after confirming the price over the phone at $750. I drove two hours from ****** to ******** based on this assurance. Upon arrival, I was captivated by a predominantly white, black and white **** Tzu. When I selected this puppy, I was quickly presented with a file and numerous forms to sign in duplicate, which I did under time pressure without thorough review.Upon returning home, the puppy, whom I named ****, exhibited concerning symptoms: lethargy, sneezing, a runny nose, labored breathing, wheezing while sleeping, and diarrhea by the third day. I urgently took **** to the ****** where they prioritized checking her due to persistent lethargy. It was then discovered through the paperwork from The Puppy Boutique that **** had undergone Inguinal Hernia Repair Surgery, a detail not disclosed at the time of purchase.Given these circumstances, and considering the prognosis that the hernia may recur, I am requesting a refund of $1,000 from The Puppy Boutique. I am on disability and had intended for **** to be trained as my service dog, a role she is currently unfit for as her condition prevents her from receiving necessary vaccinations. Should The Puppy Boutique refuse this request, I am prepared to pursue legal action for the distress caused by their failure to disclose her health condition accurately at the point of sale, as evidenced by the signed declaration on page-6 of the contract stating the animal had no known health issues at the time of purchase.

I bought 2 Maltese puppies from these people 2 weeks ago. 14 days to be exact. Last night one of them was put to sleep. He was throwing up everywhere. Couldnt even stand. The puppy was so so sick that the veterinarian said it would take atleast $10,000 to stabilize him so they can run tests & even then they cant guarantee he will not still die because he was so sick. I spent $1200 on a very ill dog and the contract they make you sign backs you into a corner. The contract states if the dog is put to sleep, I have to bring his body to them to do an autopsy to see if its my fault. The only way this contract allows a refund is if a vet signs off its unfit for sale and then their vet signs off the same thing. Please save yourself the heartache. My heart is broken for this little puppy. Its not even about the money, he was so sick and he was only 13 weeks old when he died and as I stated I only had him 2 weeks. Dont listen to the bought 5 star reviews. They sell sick dogs for profit. That is a fact.

Baught a puppy Feb 10th, 2023, it started suffering from seizures almost immediately and I had to spend our out of pocket expenses for her to be rushed to ER. Store wont respond back and the dog cost about $4,000 plus additional money in medical bills, autopsy and private cremation. Absolutely devastating and they are purely evil during this grievance process. The dog autopsy said the dog suffered from seizures and which caused her to get a wet lungs that collapsed. The Busniess sent me threats to make up lies on me if I proceeded my case against them to get justice for my baby puppy my vet said she never have **** her mother that young. Having severe depression and anxiety due to the nature of the messages their buenieee sent to me threatening to lie to blackmail me. These people are money hungry liars. Im

My mother in law ************************* and I ( With her at time of purchase ) Purchased puppy who had a hernia operation prior to sale . Took puppy to the vet they work with for health evaluation about 5 days after purchase . All was good except hernia wasnt done properly and needed to be repaired in near future . My in-laws live in ******* and took puppy home after Christmas . The puppy named ***** developed a bad infection in the hernia causing emergency surgery . They had to treat the infection and repair the hernia . This wasnt planned it was an emergency. Life or death situation . Puppy is now happy and so far healthy . Been in touch *** and **** to try and resolve this issue . Back and forth emails for about 6 weeks gave everything they asked for . Total was $1954. They offered $300 because we didnt use their vet . Really ? They live in ******* and this surgery was to save his life . It actually ruptured bleeding all over and he was in pain. We would appreciate a full refund and hope you can resolve this before we go to court . Date of incident was 1/12/2022

On 11/20/21, I bought a ********* terrier puppy for $1,700.00. I thought the Puppy Boutique was sending me home with a goodie bag as a thank you like most puppy stores do. When I got home, I referred a friend to them who also bought a puppy. I then looked at my **** (which they put the prices in a 20-page contract). They overcharged me for every item they gave me in the "goodie bag". They charged me $17 for a leaky water bottle that the puppy does not need because he drinks out of a bowl, $15.00 for food, $15.00 for vitamins. I called them and told them if they would have verbalized to me that I was paying for these items, I would have taken them off. They were very nasty stating I didn't read the 20 page contract (in the ********************************************************** non-stop how to care for him, diverting my attention). I told them I referred a friend to them. They did not care to make the customer happy. So from $1,700, i wound up paying $1,941.50.

We purchased three Yorkie from mentioned firm on February 25th. The female dog had to be rushed to the hospital within a weeks time. I was told by **** to rush the dog to a hospital in Brooklyn which expenses were covered by them. Secondly within two/three months the pup just suddenly passed away. They told me to bring her in for an autopsy due to not knowing that I can get an autopsy when Tyson passed away. Cornell performed the autopsy and I forwarded to my physician and they stating that the pup was healthy and up to date. In order to receive a replacement pup we were advised to file with BBB. We will proceed with small claims court.

The puppy shop sold me a puppy whom they informed me was vaccinated dewormed and healthy. The puppy is 3 months old has worms, doesnt want to eat has ear mites in her ears. The immunization records that I was given the vet said isnt accurate there are no dates listed for any of these shots. I bought a females morkie my papers state I have a male yorkie. The vet told me to stop giving her the things she shouldnt have that the pet shop was feeding her. She doesnt have any shots as to the vet because the paperwork isnt complete no dates available. She dewormed two weeks ago and now needs to be dewormed again and the worms are dangerous to humans including myself and my daughter. The shop is selling puppies that are sick and obviously not be well taken care of. They say a vet comes twice a week to check the puppies so how can they miss the worms and the ear bites in these puppies. They take peoples hard earned money and lie about the health of their puppies.
