This pharmacy has had their phones continuously ringing and no one answers their phones or their text services. Me and my family has been calling for days to get our asthma and diabetes medication but we havent been able to contact them. This issue happens almost every month, I have no idea whats going on but this is extremely dangerous! Missing our medications can cause deadly effects. I was prescribed a prescription from my physician in which was sent to medley pharmacy. I received a call a week ago from today stating the delivery driver was at my home address delivering the medication. Upon arriving home the medication was not there and I have made several attempts to reach out to Medly to resolve the issue and receive my prescription in a timely fashion and they will not return my phone calls or emails or text messages.Customer response

Medly used to be great but within the last 6 months has only caused me headaches. I've been trying to get my prescription for over a week and have no response from the store when I've called. I've called over 100 TIMES to set a delivery for my prescription. Then, I tried chatting in their app. No response regardless of whether it's in business hours or not. Tried texting the number given and get their automated message says someone will get back to me, but they never do. At this point I'm out of my very important medications and I've tried to get the prescriptions transferred to other pharmacies but they are stating they can't get in touch with Medly. If you're not equipped to deal with people's medications in a timely manner, then don't accept the prescription. I've called Medly this morning once again and the customer service rep picked up the phone and HUNG UP on me and now once again are refusing to answer the phone.Initial Complaint

This is my second time having a provider send a Rx to Medly. It took them 9 days to fill a Rx but they still put the filing date on the bottle and said that was the date it was received (7/5 when they didnt release until 7/14 bc it was unavailable.- in other words, they arbitrarily held it for days without notifying me because theyre atrociously disorganized and understaffed). Then I forgot to tell my provider to send Rx elsewhere- they sent to Medly. I normally have my prescription within a few hours if not sooner of it being sent to a pharmacy. Medly acquired my pharmacy and has destroyed it - like its completely appalling. Very difficult to reach anyone by phone or chat. And even then got an attitude for being in the wrong state- the number they provided didnt say it was for a particular state- it was the general contact number for customer service!!! After being on hold for like ages and then waiting for a callback (after trying to work with one of their chat agents that took 20 min to look up my account- literally- and then disconnected from me AND sending a text to no one bc they never replied) I found out they have received my Rx. That was yesterday in the morning- and whether I call or not it likely will take them 9 more days to release the Rx. Its dangerous practice for a pharmacy to be like this and based on reviews this has been Medlys M/O. I am likely going to change pharmacies but I get 30 min 1x / month with my provider to send in a new script and its not so easy to get them to cancel a Rx and change it to a new pharmacy- but might even do that rather than wait until next month!!! I dont know how they havent been shut down or forced to comply with basic BASIC pharmacy regulation.Initial Complaint

On September 7th 2021, my ******** doctor saw her endocrinologist and he prescribed her novalog insulin to her through Medly. Since that Ive been calling this pharmacy almost daily and theyd give different stories! First theyd say the insurance isnt covering it (not true considering the fact the doctor wrote a note for it to be covered) then the next call theyd say theyre working on it and its being processed. The next call theyre saying it isnt in the system. Called the endocrinologist back, he sent yet ANOTHER prescription for the insulin, called Medlys theyre claiming they dont see anything. TWO prescriptions for insulin within ONE month and my daughter hasnt gotten anything yet. Shes been without her insulin for over a month now! Insulin she NEEDS to survive!! Now, with my medication one day theyre saying it isnt covered and literally the next day theyre saying it IS covered. Still havent gotten my medication either!! These people are playing a dangerous game.
