This pharmacy and this owner are very DISHONEST. How to trust them with something as sensitive as medicine or eye drops when they can not keep their word on basic things or remember basic things?I called and I was told the price of the item my doctor ordered is $149. I was told that includes shipping charge.I was told that it would be prepared on Thursday and sent overnight to be received on Friday.Today I saw this person decided to charge $255 on the card info that was shared with them. Now I need to report it as fraud. What a waste of time and so dishonest.How to trust the product when they behave like this?I confirmed multiple times the item would be received on Friday December 5. I even called that morning to remind ****** of this at 9:45AM my time. I was told "we are working on your order right now" "order will be sent out by end of day." Why it did not go out today as expected and promised.After that I saw the wrong amount charged on my card. I did not authorize this. Now it is also too late as it did not go out today as I was told. I don't trust to touch this medicine even if it were to arrive late.Business response
