I ordered a pizza online and the tracker said the pizza was ready. When I arrived to pick up the food it was not ready. The employee making the food was angrily mouthing off about the order being big and that I had to wait. I had no issue with waiting but I came to the store because the tracker said the food was ready. I made a complaint online for the manager while waiting which angered her more. The employee continued to say things until I cancelled the order. This was beyond poor customer service and absolutely disgusting. I would like the incident escalated to the person in charge of that chain. The manager did not handle the situation appropriately. He allowed her to continue to mouth off at me.Customer response
