Annual low pressure boiler inspection for the year ending 12/31/2021, was conducted on 12/17/2021, by Gangi *********************************************** Contractors, ***** with invoice #*******, provided. Invoice clearly specifies that the job is complete with necessary paperwork filed with ********** of ********** Unfortunately, they have not filed any reports for our property from 12/17/2021 and confirmed today, 12/21/2022, that this is still not done. We have remitted a full payment of $358.46, for service that was never delivered. As we are trying to work with the merchant, they rejected and started to ignore our phone calls on 11/18/2022. But before then, their representative answers and claims that they are still working on resolving the issue. We have reached out to *** licensing service and learned that their plumbing and sprinkler license has already expired and they were offering to conduct the boiler inspection for 2022, when we last spoke. We have spoke many times since service was conducted and they keep claiming the same excuse, "We are working on it,", "Office girl has been busy but she is working on it", and "We can help you file your 2022 boiler inspection as well".Customer response
