Sat., March 12, 2022, technician ****** and workers, installed a steam boiler costing $10,000 with a 5 yr warranty on the labor. Problems started right after they finished and left.List of issues with the installation:1.Wiring incompatibility with the thermostat. I wasnt told about it until after. ***** called that his electrician was returning to replace the thermostat with a new one but later electrician did not and only connected the old one on the wall close to the boiler room. He would not install it where it originally was because it was too late in the evening and said not to worry, ***** will have it fixed. ***** did say to me also that he will take care of it and now refuses to.2.Leaking pipes the very next day! After many calls, someone was sent to weld a pipe. But, the next day after that, other pipes were leaking again and continue to.3.The Automatic water feeder is not working. It doesn't seem to be connected.4.There is a bracket without a cover with exposed wires on the side of the boiler and other exposed wires around the boiler.5.There is a plastic electric switch cover on a metal box on the boiler.After many calls to the office and contacting ***** directly, he never came to assess anything. Appointments were set up but he never showed up as my husband and I waited for hours. He hung up on us a couple of times and once had an excuse regarding how my husband spoke. Nothing was said inappropriate but we're frustrated, as would anybody, after spending thousands of dollars and no service. I was told on Wed, March 29, that management will be calling me. After many more calls to the office, leaving messages, management still hasnt called and seems never to be available. On Thursday, April 7, I sent a letter by email to management. It was confirmed that they received it but no one has contacted me. I want them to resolve the situation by sending a technician to assess and fix the problems with the boiler.Customer response
