On March 22nd, I had Xander Heating and Plumbing in Harlem, ** *****, come out to assist with two issues. 1, the sink had been clogged and 2, the shower faucet kept leaking. Someone came out on the 22nd, fixed the sink and what we thought was a solution to the shower issue wasnt at all. Before they even arrived to assess what the problem was, they quoted me $420 and said they knew what the problem was from the picture. Completely wrong because not even two days after they left, it began leaking again. Ive been in contact with them back and forth constantly to have someone come out to resolve this issue as its damaging the inside of the tub. They said someone would reach out, someone would come, someone would assist and nothing. They havent been cooperative at all, especially since I paid under the impression that everything was resolved. I only want the cost of the faucet that they made me replace and the service they did which was incomplete refunded. Never even received an invoice or receipt with the breakdown of each charges so 210 should be a reasonable amount to be refunded back. I want this refund so I can now contact another plumber to correct what they were supposed to do.
