Seemingly ******************* Judaica Unlimited *********************************************** *********** I purchased four of a product at $11.50/ each on 10/31/22. I only received one. I have had no response to multiple queries. I last called 5/18/23. Always I have been ghosted. Please help me get the product or a refund. Here is a copy of one of my letters Sent 1/23/2023:Hi, I live in ********* and I have been seeking a reliable store for my Judaica needs since our selection in town is meager. Your web site looks very good. Recently I purchased and paid for 4 net tallit kattan. I received one. I was hoping to purchase a Tallis (possibly with Tchales) but I am a bit apprehensive since I have heard nothing about the rest of my order nor was there an apology with an offer of refund ir credit on other purchases. Please be so kind as to let me know whats going on and a plan on how we can move forward in this relationship. The customer has purchased 4 items of $11.50 each a total of $46.00 we on'y had 1 of them in stock an we notified the customer about that and shipped the one item, we only charged the customer for the amount of $11.50 (see attached transaction receipet from paypal)Initial Complaint

On august 14,2021, I placed an order for *****, my product is for Jewish items, tzitzit, kiddish cup, and havdala candle. Ive sent an email, and called 4 times, 3 of the 4 I left a voicemail. I checked ****** and I read the reviews of past customer, they discuss how the company never contacted the customers, and did not receive the package.Customer response

I ordered a menorah and got an email it was discontinued and would be refunded. That did happen. I ordered another one and have not received it, was charged for it and have not gotten any communication about it. I got a confirmation email but then emailed to check on it and nothing. I have called 5 times and left 4 voicemails and got nothing.Business response

I ordered from this company and while they had no problem taking my money, I never received the products. I believe this is just their racket... I have called and left messages repeatedly as well as emailed their customer service email at least 20 times total (no exaggeration... at one point I even ended up getting the owner's wife on the phone (the only person who has actually answered or responded) and she just swore it was a real business and that they would get back to me... it's been over a month since my order (that was supposed to ship in 3-5 business days and I cant even get the company to respond. Maybe you can? I would like to get my order, but at this point, if you could just get my money back, that would be fine.Business response

We had sent out an email to the customer at 3 separate occasions that the items they order are discontinued and no longer in stock and we therefore went ahead and refunded them in full, it seems like the customer is just busy complaining instead of actually checking their email. attached is some of the emails we had sent them and a copy of the paypal voided transaction.Customer response

I placed an order with *********** for $29.90 on 11/29/21. There was an expected shipping time of 3-6 business days. It has now been over a month, and I have not received my items.In the email, there is a link to check the tracking of your order, but it takes you to a log-in for the website. I checked out as a guest because I did not plan to order anything else from this company in the future. I created a log-in in hopes of being able to type in my order number to get tracking info, but that is not an option. I have placed multiple calls, with several voicemails to the same person's inbox, since I don't have the extension for anyone else in the phone tree (and that's where it automatically sends you if you don't have an extension). I have emailed customer support. I have have left a review on ********* I have sent a message via the chat feature on their website. I have had zero response, and I still don't have my items.I would like either a refund, or tracking data if the items were actually shipped and are delayed to the current shipping situations.Initial Complaint

I paid $80.50 to Judaica Unlimited on October 8, 2021 for three items of Judaica - a kippah, a candle holder, and a mezuzah case. I paid with a credit card. I have not been charged for the items, but as of today (10/25/21), I also have not heard anything from the company. I tired calling them twice and each time it goes to a voicemail for 'label *********' (which could be a person, *******************************?). I emailed the company twice at their customer support email twice (10/19, 10/22) and have not received a response.Customer response
