I placed an order to Kithenall for the amount of $2488 and I refused it because it was damaged. After that I never received anything and they keep holding my money.This is a scam company and I am also seeking to take legal actionsBusiness response

************************* was refunded in full, $2488.00, to Mastercard ending in **** on December 22. We will upload the records to prove this. This complaint is not only factually inaccurate but completely irresponsible. You try to do business the right way. You try to treat people honestly and respectfully. But there will always be Ignatios out there, ready, willing, even wanting to jump as quickly as possible to the worst possible interpretation or events, without concern for facts or even for other people, their reputations, their livelihoods. It takes a toll I will not lie. It wears you down. But what choice to we have but to move past them and continue to live life the right way. So that is what we will do.
