      Worst company ive ever had to do business with.Ive owned my company for 20 years and dealt with many distributers, never have I been disrespected, money held and no results from someone like this.Do what you wish but these are not professional people and will take advantage of you.

      We declined to process *****'s order. His order was cancelled, credit card payment refunded., nothing ever shipped. The reason *****'s order was cancelled was because when our order verification team tried to reach out to confirm his shipping address, which was not published because it is a food truck, he became enraged. His order notes are filled with notes from various employees describing his behavior. Threats, insults, hang **** Our order administrator saw this and wisely recognized that this was not a person we should hitch our wagon to. So we made the decision to cancel, fully understanding that this would be the result. In all likelihood no matter what we did with *****, this was going to be the result.

      i think their quality is poor i bought a brand new kitchen all freezer the sliding doors hard to open and close very poor quality the seller offered for me to send it back but that was it i wont ever buy that brand again

      **** bought a small ice cream freezer from us. Upon receipt he complained that the top doors didn't slide well. We immediately offered to exchange it, replace the doors, change him to another modern, another brand, take it back for a full refund. We offered to pay all return freight costs. Whatever it takes, we will do it. He said "I will keep it but I'm not buying this brand again" and then proceeded to leave this review. We can't help **** because **** does not want to be helped. This is all documented in emails. We are actually all quite puzzled by this whole ******************* / ****** ********* affair. Why would someone complain then refuse all help. It doesn't make sense.

      I bought a BRAND new oven from them because I needed a dependable oven, being a bakery. I have used it 6 times and there was thick, black smoke coming out of the back. I'm losing $2k a day, have only been open 3 days and my issue is not a priority for them. They sent a tech to look at it, who is not under their warranty, and I HAD TO PAY $118 FOR 10 MINUTES OF THEIR TIME TO TELL ME I NEED A NEW MOTOR. Is a new motor being rushed to me? NO. Have I heard anything from kitchenall? NO. This is a big issue and NO ONE CARES OR IS MAKING IT RIGHT. They should be expediting a new oven to me.

      I agree with ****. We spoke to the manufacturer. They had a hard time finding a tech in her region in ********. They suggested she use a local tech and be reimbursed. This was botched. I am intervening now. A spare motor will be shipped out by the mfr today and if they don't we will just ship her a new oven ourselves. ****, I'm sorry this was handled like this. I'm furious. This is not how I expect things to be done and it will be fixed.

      Terrible customer service and communication, they sent me the wrong unit and said they would order me the correct one. Instead they cancelled my order without telling me! They claimed they couldnt get what I needed but after talking to the manufacturer I was told all units built within the last year have field reversible doors, Kitchenall did not seem to know this and just decided to send me a check without talking to me first. They also claimed to have sent me an email about it which I never received. Overall they lied and did nothing to help me, very disappointed and frustrated

      We sell commercial equipment to food service businesses. ********************* is a home user who ordered a True brand commercial refrigerator with a left hand hinge configuration. We shipped him the refrigerator, but setup with right hand hinge. This was our mistake. ************ was irate and demanded that the unit be returned at our cost, which we immediately did. *************** behavior, directed at our customer service staff, was belligerent, insulting, and adversarial. We know trouble when we see it. We chose to cancel and refund his order. ************ has been refunded in full. We paid all the freight costs. ************ is free to order this from 100 other suppliers but that we would prefer to spend his time doing this is absolute confirmation that cancelling this his order was the wise and appropriate move. We are sorry ************ is disappointed and frustrated. But *********** has suffered no harm whatsoever and this entire incident says more about ********************* than anyone else.
