Dear *** or Madam,I write to address a disturbing incident at your Burger King ******************************************************************************************* Burger on 09/03/23. As a customer with a hearing impairment, I encountered discrimination:I went thru the drive thru to the window and told them I couldnt order because I am Deaf. The said something, but I dont know what abs he mimes me to go come inside. I am annoyed and come in with frustration on my face. I just wanted a drive thru order. The drive thru ** employee wouldnt take my order ant the window since I cannot use the intercom. Then, the ** employee I was directed to enter the restaurant instead of being served at the drive-through, a clear *** ************* Inside, staff noticed my frustration, my emotional distress on my face but Im ready to finally put in my order thru text message so he can read what I want to order.Shockingly, I was denied the opportunity to place an order and was SHOOD away like a stray animan on the street rudely and with no attempt of hiding his disgust. I only wanted to order food and I was personally and emotionally attacked due to my disability of being deaf. This is unacceptable.I went to another Burger King on ********************************************************************************************************* with NO ISSUES. I went thru their drive thru, they accepted my order from the drive thru. I paid and I appreciated their help and kindness.I am requesting from the initial ** on Litchfield.1. An investigation into *** *************** including staff interrogation of what happened. I do have witnesses with me. 2. Proper *** training for your employees.3. A formal apology for the emotional distressing attack of me due to my disability of being born deaf. This behavior is unacceptable for a franchise company.4.
