The lab proffers terrible customer service and false, deceptive and misleading advertising. If you are serious about your practice and require quality I would not recommend utilizing the services of this vendor. The latency between the turnaround time sold to you upon purchase and the actual time of delivery is unparalleled. I was sold a 2-3 day turn around time for process and scan. My images took 4 days to process and the images were still not put in queue to scan. I requested a refund and was attacked with a load of insults from their representative *******************. I was fortunate to get a hold of my processed negatives. However, they displayed uneven development. They had light patches and a lighter band across the entire roll on one side of the film. This is service best for a hobbyist or amateur in photography who are more in kind with the novice photographers/workers who work there.

Here's the deal with *******************************. We've never had the misfortune of encountering someone so entirely unhinged before, and we're still reeling from the whole experience.On 8/30/2022, she showed up in the shop to inquire about her order, which was admittedly a day late. When she was informed that the order was currently in progress but would take a few hours to finish up, she became irate. We were contrite and apologetic and refunded her order before she even asked us to. After she was refunded, she continued to shout and verbally abuse our staff. She did indeed record a video (after the refund had been issued- not before) which will show our workers continuing to apologize while being screamed at. ******************************* then proceeded to threaten our store manager that she would "come back there and punch you in the ******* ****". At this point, she was asked to leave and served with a formal notice of no trespassing. For the past several weeks, we've been dealing with her leaving a string of fake reviews on ****** under various fake accounts.Furthermore, her roll of black and white film in question was both expired and underexposed. ******** keeps claiming that various different problems are visible on her roll in order to make it seem like our responses make no sense. First she claimed the development was uneven- when we explained that's not possible with our equipment, she changed her complaint to "chemical spill" on several platforms. The fact of the matter is there were no defects in the quality of developing, only in the storage and exposure of the film prior to dropoff. There were no chemical spills, that's not really how professional lab equipment works... we're not splashing around with tubs of chemicals; everything happens inside of a very reliable machine. ********** other roll of film, which we mailed to her at no charge since she is banned from our property due to threats of physical violence, looked great because it was fresh and correctly exposed.We're not perfect-- When we make a mistake, we apologize and offer to make it right. But there is absolutely no way to please a person like *******************************.********, we wish you no harm and we hope you can find peace. Please stop harassing us and go do something else instead. Maybe some day you'll find a way to channel all this rage into something positive.
