I went to Nostrand Photo Lab on 1/11/2022 and purchased ** passport pictures for $16.65. On 1/13/2022 I attempted to submit my passport application, but was told the pictures was not acceptable. I returned to Nostrand Photo Lab and informed them of this. **** (the worker in the store) says there was no problem with my pictures and refused to give me a store credit as he has a sign stating "No refund, No exchange".Business response

To whom it may concern please be advised customer of the complaint had received 4 photos for passport application Purposes, came back requesting a refund due to non acceptance of photos, **** advised the customer to redo the pictures because the ones she was presenting where damaged and at no extra cost he would redo them for her. Refusing his offer the client became frustrated and loud causing a commotion in the store and physically breaking store property at which point **** was advised to contact the police and upon doing so the customer realizing she was wrong quickly ran out. Please advise the customer that a complaint along with a copy of her photograph was given to the authorities for destruction of property.
