I have contacted X-press tags many times for an order not received. It was an order for 72 tags which was order XTG-***** for $244.89. These tags were never received and when I called they always told me to wait a little longer. I thought X-press meant fast service but my other tags on different orders listed below took 4 to 6 weeks to get to me and the products are unsatisfactory and not made with Anodized material as they state as well.I have contacted this company many times since January. I ordered other tags which came, but a month or so later. Those tags scratched and damage easily. They advertise Anodized tags, which never scratch so I believe they are falsely advertising their products as well. I ordered 4 other times within the same time frame Order ********** on Jan 17 for $30.84 Order ********** on Jan 18 for $13.32 Order ********* on Jan 25 for $13.32 Order *** ****** on Jan 23 for $13.32 When I called to tell them I wanted them added together for free shipping or at least just pay for one shipping, your customer service said it was too late. They were ordered within a day of each other. For that, I am asking for an additional $24 since I didn't receive them for over a month. X-press tags owe me $268.85 for products not ever received as well as overcharging for shipping on the listed 4 orders not received for a month. This is not Xpress by any means. I would like a refund for the tags that I have not received for $244.89 and $24.00 back for shipping for orders that were placed back to back falling into the free shipping category.Thank you ***************** and ***************** ************************************************************Business response

Our apologies are we never received the emails the customer claimed to have sent. Back in 4/2023 the issue was resolved and we issued a full refund of $268.85 and they also kept the items as well.
