      Had to go back and forth with the design team at least 4-5 times over a simple 8 word sign. I gave the same specs over and over but it still was not sinking in on their end, they have spammy non related phone numbers they promote within their e mails (Selling medical devices), they block you from calling in if you cant get through the phone tree, and they overcharged us by about 150% over the invoice. According to their customer service team they don't keep any client info, so are unable to help with resolution. They will just make you go to your bank and do a charge back. Lots of wasted time on this. Also a spam centric business model.

We have been in business for 25 years and I can assure you that we are not and do not have a spam centric business model. We thrive to provide our customers with great service. All of the phones numbers we list are real numbers. We try to reply to all emails within 24 business hours. I am not sure where you saw that but we do not sell medical devices, we sell signs and labels and other safety and compliance items. We do store customers designs for easy reordering but as far as saving credit card information, we do not for security reasons. Once again we apologize if you feel that you did not get the best service and we will work on providing better and clear service to our customers.

      Placed an order April 12, 2024 it has been in 'production' all this time. Simple cheap sign. Not going to arrive in the time frame I paid for in shipping. Very bad customer service. Rude and unprofessional. I inquired why taking so long, never got an answer, kid laughed at me even. Now trying to get a refund but no one will respond.

      What a JOKE this company is!! They say FREE shipping on the site but added it to my order. When I called and asked why- she says, "Who offered you Free shipping?" Really?! It says on your website over $39.95...I am a tax-exempt org and just trying to get 6 name tags...she didn't want to answer my questions...said WE CAN"T SHIP THERE!! Acted like I live out of the US because I am over the Pacific, obviously, doesn't know her geography!!! When I inquired about a few other things- she simply hung up on me...well good riddance! So glad I came here and saw all the other comments before I actually finalized an order, sounds like it just gets worse from here!BUYER BEWARE!!! DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Heavy, oversized, and other such items can only be shipped to the continental **** and/or via standard delivery, depending on the item.       Working with XpressTags.com has been a horrible experience. Our order was place in July and was supposed to have been completed and delivered in September. It is now December and it still has not even gone to production. Numerous attempts to get a timeline from customer service have resulted in nothing more than them saying they don't know. Will never use XpressTags or any of their family of companies again. Stay away!

      I wish I had never engaged in business with this company! Seriously, none of them communicate with each other, they have no clue what is going on with our project. We are a tax exempt business, a ******************* that needed a sign. We started the process in June. We paid in full in mid September, received our PIF invoice a few weeks ago, and here it is Nov. 1st and I emailed to ask when we receive it and the answer back was, "Have you sent your check? Thanks, ********". I'm at a loss for words.

      I placed an order for 74 signs for "bulk pricing". After that it was a nightmare. **************** has very poor order follow-up. Spelling errors are made on proofs. When trying to reply with changes, no answers or acknowledgements were forthcoming. As a result I looked up my order on the website. Low and behold bulk pricing no longer applied, and my price almost doubled. No one informed me of the change in pricing. I literally had to bring the issue to their attention. All these issues came up the day my order was supposed to ship. When I requested to cancel order, I get an email with no name or email signature that the order was cancelled. From my experience this company does everything possible to lose the order. From lack of follow-up to spelling errors and increasing the price, I would stay as far away as possible from this "company." Order SMT-******

      For months they have been allegedly shipping my sign (I live in **) but every time tracking says undeliverable to **.. this has been going on for MONTHS. They keep sending email how was your order and when I say I once again didnt receive they say shipping again. I ordered in May. Its now mid august. Total scam dont do it !

      I ordered one doormat from this website. **************** sounded professional. I noticed certain documents would not upload. Then they had me text the images. The next day i woke up, and saw my bank account got charged 3 times for the same transaction !!!! I don't know if its a scam or a mistake, however i should know more today. I will edit and let you know if this website is a scam, be careful.

      Hi, I can assure you that we only do a pending authorization once an order is placed. I am not sure why you saw three charges as it was just one pending authorization.
