The service at the Orange, ** (on Main st) is absolutely terrible, so I left an honest review on ******* A week or so later I contacted my own primary doctor because of the results I had received at the fibroids specialist office. When my doctors office called, this business assured them they would send scans over and never did. I called a week after that, and it seemed like the request was never submitted, but they assured me it would be at my doctors within 5 days( which is a lot to wait tbh). I just called 2-3 weeks later, still nothing. The refuse to give my results to my doctor or corporate in any way. Im hoping BBB can help me obtain my health records from this horrible office.Business response

*************************** contacted our office in July to request copies of her medical records. Unfortunately, it appears as though her request was not fulfilled.
USA Vein Clinics values our client relationships. Our doctors and staff always put patients first and strive to deliver the best healthcare experience possible. To rectify this situation, our medical records team will contact *************************** immediately to satisfy her request.

I had a follow up medical appointment with USA Fibroid Centers on February 5, 2022 and was charged a $30 copayment which I gladly paid. My account was debited $30 on February 6th for that charge. But then another $30 was taken from my account on February 8th and $50 today February 22nd. Both my bank and I have made attempts to call and email *** Fibroid but have not been able to make contact with anyone as no one answers the phone with working numbers, some phone numbers are not in service and emails have gone unanswered as well. My bank is still working on making contact with *** Fibroid to get an explanation of these additional charges which myself nor my card were physically present for nor do I have any knowledge of.
