            I ordered eight **** X 39 Magazines for my AR15 Rifle from DF Brothers Sports Center online. Their internal process requires that customers pay by Zelle, PayPal, etc. They do not have a merchant account for obvious reasons! You can't have a merchant account with a bank if you're going to be stealing from people online. The Zelle payment instructions given by DF Brothers was to send payment to *************************** and then to send an email to DF Brothers once the transaction was complete to receive a confirmation and delivery estimate. Well they took my money happily and then only responded to 1 of my 1st emails and nothing since! Since then I've sent countless emails to *************************************************************** and *************************************************************** with absolutely zero response. They also have a very cheap website that has a "Contact Us" page, which I've filled out pleading to be contacted with a delivery date or shipping info! Still zero response. DF Brothers also has a ******* Voice" phone number that they say is the "Business Contact Phone" but ****** Voice numbers go hand in hand with fraud because there's no end user. I've never received anything from that avenue either! I'm absolutely appalled & disgusted that someone who operates in the fire arms community treats paying customers with such disregard. and contempt! Judging by the ****** reviews I'm NOT the only one who's been ripped off by DF Brothers Sports Center. They've been doing this for years and having their friends/associates go on and type fake positive reviews. This is plain and simple theft. They took my money in exchange for 8 ****X39 magazines and instead of sending me the items I paid for they're keeping my money. That seems to me to be ************** I've attached my bank confirmation from Zelle for the $127 on May 24th. I've also attached the ONLY email response I received which basically says "just keep waiting sucker". Please help me and at least make it so this doesn't happen to anyone else! Thank you!

            Like many of the other complaints, I placed an order, my credit card was charged, a shipping label was created, but never shipped, followed up multiple times, never receiving a response or refund. *********************** was the president at the time, taking over for his father but sadly it appears he is ruining his fathers business in multiple locations. Its disappointing that something his father created that was so connected to the sport and the children growing up fans of it has been ruined by his lack of ability to be an honest person and not scammy loser.
