    My husband and I purchased tickets for Fantasia concert for Nov 11th 2022. The tickets cost us $270, ambassador seating. After making the purchase the customer service agent at the box office told us we would not receive tickets for ambassador seating, it would be sent by email. She then proceeded to write the seating on the ticket envelope. Leading up to the event we never received any email. Once arrived night of the show, our names was not listed on ambassdor seating. We was told to check with the box office. Once there the clerk verified we had ambassador seating and verified our seats.We explained to her our names was not listed on the list. She asked us to wait. Checked again with another clerk and appeared confused herself! She then asked us to wait again. The Director of sales comes out and quickly says there was an error. When we booked there was another show for the same date of last year. This is mind boggling because how can you book for a show that happened a year ago! Anyway, he offered us folded chairs in the last row, which is reserved for disabled. Offered us 4 comp drinks and passes which wasn't an incentive to anything. After I expressed my disappointment and frustration because as I said before our name was in the system for purchashing these seats. The director of sales was a bit rude. Told us we could take the seats or get nothing, because they were sold out! The director of sales promised to comp us with 4 tickets to the next show of our choice if possible however I don't believe it. Nothing in writing, told us to call him and reccollect his memory! We were not able to see anything, and the $ we paid did not justify where we were put. This is how Kings Theater operate. Never checked the people who were sitting in our seats to verify their purchase. We had proof verified by the box office and our tickets! Disgraceful!!! Disappointed!
