On the second day of this month my car was towed from my place of residence I just bought the car 3 months ago and I brought it to the repair shop so the reverse on the truck wasn't working so I was told to park it across the street so I use the plate number *** **** so the car wouldn't be parked without a license plate from being tow it took me 3 day to find out who took my truck what pound yard towed it away I made several calls to ***************** finance department 311 and also told authority they reply saying that they cannot inform me of where the car were I explained to them that I have property inside the truck so how can I retrieve my property I made an appointment to the finance department to explain the situation on the 17th of April I no violation on this truck I will schedule to go to the motor vehicle on the 14th of this month to have it registered in my name *********************** ************************************************************* if I cannot get the car back I would like all my property return to me I'm a disability person and I need my ride to get around this is my only transportation I purchased the vehicle on January they won't let me know whereabouts of my car you're also asked me how did I get this number I told him the police officer gave it to me all of my paperwork titles property are in the car all I have is a witness and the location where my car was parkedInitial Complaint

I park my car a 2004 **** explorer on ****** and ************* Wednesday night about 11:00 p.m. when I woke up Thursday morning my car was gone I wonder why they took my car I had no tickets on it and I tried to call the place but no one answers and been 2 days can you please help me you can reach me at ************Initial Complaint

My car was towed & when I went to pick up my car I realized EVERYTHING inside my *************** was gone even my first aid kit my car had the back seat area that opens through the trunk open , my cash head phones shoes money other valuables all gone. I called multiple times and I was very angry. Reached out to their rude disgusting ************ them an itemized bill as they requested and never got a response, they havent picked my calls up since.Initial Complaint

This *********** repossessed my vehicle back on April 2022. When I contacted them in reference to my license plates the receptionist who stated her name is ******* was very rude and unprofessional. She hung up the phone on my face and was not helpful at all. They are horrible when it comes to servicing a customer and provide the information that is being requested. I have never came across someone so nasty and disrespectful in the front line of a business servicing people. I just need the proper information of what they did with the license plates since the *** has no record of them ever being returned. And need someone from Tow Authority to provide me that info in an official letter acceptable by the ***.
