I ordered a Travel My Berkey water ************* Stand (Order number ********) on Jan 28, 2022. I bought this for a very specific purpose to be used in a very specific spot in my office/place of business, in order to offer clients clean drinking water which is sometimes needed in order for the device I use on clients to work as they need to hydrated. Upon receiving the water filter, it would not fit in the place I need it to in my small office space so would not work for me. I checked their return policy which is stated below. I contacted them about a return and they sent me a return prepaid shipping label. I shipped it out immediately which was right around the 30 days. Since shipping it out, I have not heard from the company on whether they received it or if they were accepting the return. I have emailed them several times to inquire and left messages. I did hear from them one time when they thought that I was placing an order, but then never got any follow up. "Return Policy myberkey.com is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and we hope that you are satisfied with each and every product you get from us. Full refunds on applicable items will be paid to your card and myberkey.com will pay to have it shipped back to us.myberkey.com accepts returns on all items under the following conditions. Sealed in its original packaging.
