      I ordered a dining room set in February of 2024 and I had some problems with communication with members of the Unlimited Furniture staff. I finally was directed to speak to *** *****, a Senior Customer Resolution Manager. From that moment on everything went smoothly and I received my dining room set with no issues. Everything including the delivery was perfect! *** even called to see how the delivery went. I appreciate her and the interest she showed in creating a wonderful atmosphere so everything went smoothly for me and my family in receiving my new dining room set. *** is an exceptional employee! I wish every business had someone as competent as she is to assist clients when they are purchasing a big ticket item online.*****************************

      Amazing, ordered two leather recliners and got exactly what i had hoped for, customer service is outstanding, constant communication with them. Delivery was flawless and easy. I would highly recommend based on our experience with unlimited furniture. They are the real deal!

      Perfect from beginning to end! I was reluctant to try Unlimited Furniture having read a few bad reviews but I couldn't beat the terrific price anywhere after much searching. The service was impeccable. Timing exactly as expected. Helpful calls and updates in-between. And delivery couldn't have been easier. Right on time. Delightful guys, who checked through each piece and placed the furniture perfectly. Wow. Thank you so much.

      I feel compelled to make a comment here since after I ordered, I read all these negative reviews and began worrying. My skepticism was met with very good customer service and ********************. And ultimately the product was delivered in perfect condition and on time (maybe a week or two earlier would have been nice but was still within the general window they promised upon ordering). I feel for all those who had poor experiences. I can't speak to that. But I will say I got a very nice, pricey item at a great price with free white glove delivery and had no issues. Solid company based on my experience.

      **** BEWARE!! It has been a nightmare to purchase from this company! Order placed Aug 31 and as of Dec 19 still no furniture. First, it was because the sofa was damaged then second time damaged again. Now they refuse to give an appropriate discount for the extended wait time and the damaged product which we were willing to accept. The communication was very poor as we were promised texts, calls and emails but did not receive them. The professionalism of this company is the worst I have ever seen. After back and forth with no resolution regarding the discount we should have received we cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. They let $200 come between the sell of a damaged product and a 4 month long wait. Very sad. I will never do business with them again and recommend to anyone who sees this review to do the same. ***************************

      We thank the customer for sharing her feedback, as we definitely understand her frustration and sincerely apologize for the unfortunate incident regarding the damaged furniture. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and want to assure you that we take full responsibility for the situation. Upon learning of the initial damage, we immediately initiated an internal investigation and filed a claim with the manufacturer to issue a replacement, and were disappointed to learn of the damage to the replacement. To make amends for the inconvenience caused, we offered a partial discount to the customer however she declined and wanted a refund amount we unfortunately could not meet and still deliver the furniture. We cancelled the order and issued a full refund per the customer's request if we did not meet her demands. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused.

      Not ALL reviews are the same- Honest -REAL review.Amazing experience. I am a native nNew Yorker. Having that being said when I cam across this Company's website I was amazed by the products they carry and sell all by Designer, Unique , QUALITY furnishings. I was somewhat scepitcal at first ( based on the revei that were not promising, and that I barely order high quality High end items on line. I sincerely need to apologize to this Company for initially After ordering and reading reviews I was very concerned of the outcome. I ordered Caracole end tables (2) Caracol chair, and a Designer Floor mirror. I will tell you FIRST hand, from the moment I placed the order I was on top of things and in the end there was no need to! Management took full authority of concern to make sure that I would be satisfied from inception to end. MY furnishings were not only seamlessly beautyful and BETTER than the images could EVER describe. The delivery was amazingly kind and professional. The chair would not fit through my door and the delivery team MADE sure they did whatever they had to do to get my Caracole chair in my apartment. Not One scratch, my Furnishings are priceless. I would like to thank the Entire Unlimited Furniture group for an amazing expierience and Beautiful products BETTER than advertised. I HIGHLY recommend this Company to EVERY and ANYONE. I began recommending Unlimited Furniture to everyone I know! The products are top notch designer, Simply the "BEST". I salute Unlimited Furniture group! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!       *BUYER BEWARE*For all potential buyers out there, please know that they take your money immediately upon order with ZERO transparency into when you'll actually receive your items...which results in ZERO incentive for them to get your items shipped to you in a timely manner.What a massive disappointment of a company! Ordering furniture from them has been the worst customer service experience of our lives. The only consistent experience weve had with them is getting the workaround and receiving excuses about why they dont have a delivery date.(Note: This is just a recap of the major milestonesthere were many exchanges seeking answers for delivery. It wasnt until we mentioned that we were starting to think this was a scam company that they promptly agreed to a partial delivery of the undamaged items)MAR 24: We ordered a Bedroom Furniture ***************** bed, 2 night stands, and dresser with mirror) that was supposedly in stock.APR 7: We were told, the items is not in stock and the estimated availability date is 4/25/2023. Please note that there will be additional 4-6 weeks and that is our delivery time frame.JUN 12: Was told our order shipped and will arrive at our local delivery company in 5 weeks.JUL 11: The local delivery company discovered that the dresser was damaged (so the process for replacing that should have gotten started at that point).JUL 17: All bedroom furniture except damaged dresser was delivered.JUL 31: Theyre supposedly still following up with manufacturer about shipping details but cant provide any dates (its been 20 days since they discovered the damage).AUG 8: The order is SUPPOSEDLY estimated to ship this week but they cant provide a delivery date.AUG 16: Now the order is going to SUPPOSEDLY ship from the warehouse the first week of Sept. It will take an additional 4-6 weeks to get to us. I requested full refund.AUG 21: Received refund. Thank goodness this horrible saga ended. Im buying this dresser elsewhere.

      *STAY AWAY AND HEED WARNING*1. CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGERS PUT LITTLE TO NO EFFORTS IN RESOLVING ISSUES I had ****** and *** as "Customer Success Manager" - so much for customer success. Neither could find a resolution and both had poor response times. As I am currently awaiting a response from *** about the resolution for my problems with Unlimited Furniture Group. We talked on Monday and now it is Thursday - no email, no phone call, no resolution.2. ****** ********* SUCCESS MANAGER" - EXCUSES FAULTS IN SERVICE ******'s response to my complaint about the furniture being TOO HEAVY was excused. He had said it was because of SIZE and how there WASN'T ENOUGH SPACE that the delivery team could not assemble the furniture. There is a big difference between furniture "BEING TOO HEAWY" VERSUS "NOT ENOUGH SPACE". This was upsetting to hear because I felt LIED TO. Instead of putting 100% effort in finding a solution for my complaint about delivery with no assembly, he emailed me saying how "it is the customer's responsibility" to make sure all measurements for each item would fit. I have a two story house, yet managed to bring all furniture up with just me and my fiance. Like I said, so much for customer success.3. MAE ********* SUCCESS MANAGER" - NO UPDATE, NO RESOLUTION I had complained about the poor interaction with ****** and the poor response time to ***, figuring that my case might have been transferred to a different "customer success manager" since ****** did not understand the difference between furniture being "too heavy" vs "not enough space". *** and I talked on the phone on Monday AFTER A WEEK of not hearing back from Unlimited Furniture about my complaints. It is now Thursday and I have yet to hear back from her. I feel like UNLIMITED FURNITURE left me hanging and DO NOT CARE ABOUT FINDING A RESOLUTION FOR AN UPSET, DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

      You would think when you spend over $59,000 for a new home build with the understanding everything will need to stay boxed until right before moving in after it was all stored at our existing home and being told if there is anything defective or wrong with any item it wont be a problem to exchange it or refund. All Lies, do not buy from this company, anyone who ask us about our furniture now, we like it but would buy from another distributor, not Unlimited Furniture Group!!!!

      **************** Review: So far not a good experience.I placed my order back on May 12th 2023. ******************* was assigned as the Customer Success Manager. I missed an e-mail regarding bed size confirmation and didn't get my response back until 9 days later (original e-mail May 16 & response sent May 29), however this didn't cause the extended delay.On May 16th **** had sent me an e-mail stating "The delivery time frame is approximately 4 to 6 weeks, sometimes less, usually not more." Although he was responsive to my questions regarding what type of box spring I needed, I had to follow up MULTIPLE times asking for an update since I hadn't heard anything regarding the shipment of my furniture. As I checked on the order status it remained in "Pending Payment" for weeks.Finally **** e-mailed me on July 13th to let me know my furniture had been shipped. "Your order has been shipped and is on its way to our local delivery company. The average transit time from when an order ships from the warehouse to when it arrives at the delivery company closest to you is around 2-3 weeks approximate." When I told him I was unhappy with the service his response was "We're really sorry for the inconvenience since we rely on the warehouse team regarding shipment date estimations as well." So he passed blame on them when as a Customer Success Manager he should have followed through to ensure my furniture had went out in the original time frame he proposed. So now the actual turnaround time is ***** weeks.Consumers Beware! I would have purchased my furniture somewhere else if I would have known it was going to take this long.
