I ordered a Honeywell - HC26E1004 Humidifier Pad from Wholesale Home on November 12. It was received on November 15. The packaging appeared to be intact, but damage to the pad was noted upon removal. The pad is not usable in the condition in which it was received. I emailed them with pictures requesting a replacement on November 17 and again on November 27 after not receiving a reply. I have attempted to contact them numerous times by phone in the interim. Most options on the prerecorded message lead to disconnection. I was finally able to leave a message by selecting option 3 yesterday. I informed the recipient that I would be filing a complaint today if I did not hear back which I did not. I messaged them ******** this past Tuesday after noticing that they have been actively posting while I have been attempting to make contact. That message has also gone unanswered though I see that they are continuing to post. I was initially requesting an exchange, but would now prefer a refund as I worry that they will once again ignore me if there is an issue with the pad.
