      I contacted this manufacturer in September. Shared my Tech pack document to Raza Oct 3rd. He was able to price me based on the review of tech pack. I actually emailed the tech pack to him 3 separate times. When he sent me the final scope of work document his word were the pricing was given after a thorough review. Before send the deposit communication was great. I notice after my deposit communication dwindled. I contacted his co-partner Libre to discuss lack of response Oct 25. I noticed that he didn't go fabric sourcing the date mentioned so after bringing my fit model I had to come again that Saturday because it wasn't ready. My final samples were projected to be done end of Dec with a strong possibility of first week of Jan. Dec 2 I reached out to get an update he responds that there's a delay because the tech pack didn't have measurements which was false. We discuss communication yet again. I accepted the delay but it continued. From Oct until now I have yet to see anything tangible. They constantly change dates for me to visit. Mid Jan I asked if they can stop I come and get what they have so far and they refund me $1000 of $3898 because I don't even want anymore stress. After things seem tense and still have yet been given anything actual items, pictures, videos, or even a date to come pick up my muslin/patterns pieces I asked for a full refund which i was denied for both request. I have been patient with this company, kind, understanding, and they did not take my business serious. The tech pack was not reviewed and caused a "delay" that wasn't needed. Even after me being understanding I was constantly denied visitation. I was given dates directly from them after I agreed to their dates and reached out for confirmation I was told they aren't available. After expressing my concerns I was meant with a lot of attitude and defensiveness. At no time did they try to console me the client by even sending me images of this "completed" product.
