            Contracted and paid company for an auto appraisal. They came on April 22 to do appraisal. On May 3 after repeated calls to get our appraisal we were told that Dan J********* had passed away. We were extremely sad that this happened and a man named Nick answered our emails and said our case was being refunded. We never received anything and now no one will return calls or emails. We would just like our refund.

            Dan was rude, very unprofessional! We all have a difference of political opinions. But to tell someone you lost your job because it was your fault due to where you live in uncalled for. All Dan wanted to do was be combative and only express his political views. We did not call to discuss anything more than having our RV appraised. Happy to say we found a professional company to do the job at a lower cost, with no politics! Our advice, look else were other than Dan.
