I found a vehicle for sale online. I contacted the owner and he referred me to the selling party ************************* and I contacted the dealership. I made an offer of $39000.00 on the vehicle, it was accepted and I filled out the documentation for the purchase. I paid in full via Bank-to-Bank transfer. I was told I would receive a separate email with a tracking number to track it to my house. I Never received and email with tracking number. I Never received the vehicle, lost full contact with all parties involved even after all phone calls, texting, and emails (No response to all my messages). Thank you.Initial Complaint

#1) I found vehicle for sale online. #2) Contacted Owner. #3) Referred me to the selling party. #4) Contacted the dealership. #5) Made a $30,000 offer on the vehicle, it was accepted and filled out the documentation for the purchase. #6) Paid in full via Bank-to-Bank transfer. #7) Vehicle got shipped out on 6/5/2023 for delivery due on 6/10/2023. #8) Followed (tracked) the vehicle daily w/ supplied tracking number from state to state. #9) Vehicle entered my state 7 days later. #10) Never received the vehicle, lost full contact with all parties involved even after all phone calls, texting, and emails (No response to all my messages). #11) Filed reports w/ the Attorney General, the Sheriff's Department, the Bank, the FBI (CI3 Report), and now the BBB. #12) I have all documented emails, texting, photos, tracking documents daily until no contact w/ selling parties. #13) I have documented "Day-by-Day" all activities in regards to this complete transaction. Any documentation you request I have currently available. Thank you.
