I purchased a 24 pack of LaBatt's blue 8/29/24. I processed the on line rebate form 8/31/24. I called LaBatt's number 877-952-2288 to find out status. Jessica told me there was no record of it. I purchased another 24 pack of LaBatt's blue 9/23/24 and processed the on line rebate form the same date. I got an email notification from LaBatt tri 3 rebate 10/28/24 stating the purchase date could not be seen. Rebate's are pointless. I also asked Jessica about this rebate. She said it was being held up because of the missing date. I'm done filling out forms. No more LaBatt's and no more rebates for me anymore. LaBatt's owes me $15. BradBusiness Response

In July I submitted the $10.00 rebate and was given a tracking number. I never received the rebate. I telephoned and emailed trying to get information about the status of the rebate using the tracking number. No one was aware of the use of tracking numbers. Why do you give useless tracking numbers. The last email I received I was told the Special Handling team would get in touch with me. Never received any more information. This is a very unethical and deceptive rebate process.Business Response

The disconnect is with you, if you read my last response, my complaint is also related to the time and effort it took to get a response, which you ignored and did not address. It took months and a complaint to BBB to get an answer about the rebate. Unfortunately, it appears you consider this satisfactory customer service.

Notified by their rebate the ******** Escapes Summer $5/$12 Mir Program. I received a response Sep 23, 2024, that they could not read my receipt. I am attaching the exact receipt mailed. This receipt is clear to read and request my $12 rebate for the two 12 packs of ******** Escape that I purchased. I filed a complaint with the rebate company, but did not receive a response. Email a question on ******** website and still not response. This company does not honor their rebate programs and are a fraud.Business Response

Perhaps he didn't see the email.On 10/12, they left a voicemail message, and they also emailed him, informing him that a check for $40 was mailed on 10/11. Fifco had summer rebate for ******* beer, it said 5$ per 12 pack up to 32$ and you could get 4 per household. I submitted 3 rebates in July, one for 30$ (6, 12 packs), second for 30$ (6, 12 packs) and 3rd for 17$ (2, 12 packs and a 24 oz beer). I called after 8 weeks on the status as I had not gotten anything and was told by the man that my 3 rebates were all valid and would be processed immediately. Two weeks went by and I called today 9/25/23 and was told by a woman that none of my rebates were valid, that the rebate said only one per household up to 20 dollars which is completely incorrect !! I still have all the receipts, and UPCs. I know what the rebate said which is why I bought so much beer and I am owed 77 dollars !!Business Response

I am owed a $12 rebate for the purchase of beer. The claim was filed online on June 6 under Labatt Summer MIR, Confirm CFM-************. I called in late June and was told that the claim had been approved and I would have the check in 2-4 weeks. Another 4 weeks have expired. The company had had the documentation now for 7 weeks. Further delay in the issuance of the refund is unwarranted at this time. All documentation was uploaded to the promotor via confirm CFM-************. Thank you!Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I will place a note on my calendar in 4 weeks as a reminder and if I do not have the $$, I will reopen the case. Please note that I was originally told via telephone back in July, that the rebate would be issued within 2 weeks. Then, when I called last week, I was told they had no idea when it would be issued, which is what prompted me to file the BBB case. On a comparative basis with other rebate companies, 8-12 weeks is a long time to issue a rebate. But, I accept the representation and will wait a full twelve weeks. Thank you for your assistance.
