      I bought 26 8’ wide x 6’ tall wood fence panels from Lenco on 5/21/22 ($65/each), along with 24 fence posts ($19.99/each) and paid an extra $90 for delivery to my house since I have a small car. In total, I paid lenco $2359.94 for this material. The material was delivered several days later and has been stored at my house since. Due to delays, we found out the following in the past several days: First, the four sections outside of the larger bundle (bundle of 20) had larger pickets than those in the bundle itself. The difference (smaller pickets in bundle are roughly 3.75”, larger pickets 4”+) cannot be explained by pressure treating methods or weathering, as the Lenco representative tried to reason. Next, several (3) of the fence sections in the bundle were damaged beyond use. Some had significant gaps between each picket, some pickets were nearly paper thin, and some had cross-beams that were completely broken. The quality is extremely low. There was also one fence post that was so warped and misshapen that we couldn’t use it. The representative I spoke with in the sales department at Lenco said that since I didn’t return the fencing within 30 days, they can’t refund me. He also said that they don’t have any more of the fence section I was describing, so they can’t replace them for me. He said his system is down and can’t even look my order up for me. The 30 day return policy was not clearly stated to me during purchasing, and to be frank, making no exception to the return policy is unreasonable given possible delays with contractors, etc. Please see attached pictures. I can get more if needed. I would be happy if Lenco would simply replaced the sections for me, but ideally I’d like a refund so I don’t have to do any more business with such a dishonest company. I paid $474.99 for unusable product.
