On March 23, 2024 I spoke with ***by from All n 1 auto about a 2014 ******** and he stated I would have to pay $1000 as a down payment. From March 23 till April 18 I paid in increments until the $1000 was satisfied. Thursday may 9th he stated he didn't have the title and would have to get it from the auction/previous owner. May 15th he stated he could not get the title and would put me in another vehicle. May 22 he stated he had an approval and would need to get the car inspected. May 28 he had no answer about the status of the inspection or the contract from the lender and stated he would refund me if nothing was updated. May 31 I asked for a refund and he confirmed. Since then there have been excuses and as of July 5th 2024 I have yet to receive a refund.

***. the customer was interested in doing buy here pay here for a vehicle that needed to be serviced and fixed cosmetically. When vehicle was finally ready there was a mis have with paperwork from auction . i offered another vehicle or refund . Mr. ****** stated as long as it was the same vehicle he would take the other vehicle. That vehicle had to get serviced as well he was preapproved for the buy here pay here and we have a no refund policy after 72 hours . I received a message saying he cant afford it and something came up. So i agreed to refund him once this process of sale was complete for another sale. The deal ended up falling through so i have made him aware i will refund him as soon as the money comes in to refund him . I couldn't guarantee an exact time but he will receive his refund shortly

I was sold a 2012 **** ******* with a bad transmission. On 5/23/2024 I purchased the **** and on 5/29/2024 I registered it with dmv and returned to get the vehicle after getting gas and making my way home the truck started stalling and lights started coming on i put on My Hazzard signs and prayed that I would make it home. They have been giving me the run around hanging up on me not answering my phone calls. The same day I picked up the vehicle it had issues. I was sold a lemon it's been over 2 weeks and the owner has been very rude and disrespectful .The **** is at *********** transmission in Cheektowaga and the gentleman that works there told me today it was a bad transmission. The owner of All for 1 auto hung up on me today and prior to this I asked what shop my **** was at he asked me why were you gonna pay for it. I just want My money back or the Transmission replaced. You don't do people like that this whole ordeal has been overwhelming.

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Regards, ******* **** The business called me last week stating that S**** and *********** ************ would be putting in the Transmission in over the weekend and my truck would be ready Monday or Tuesday they had to order after they was informed about Me submitting paperwork to DMV.Today is Monday no Transmission ain't no one heard from All n 1 auto since last week. This is another lie Being told by Joel B**** and his other business partners. Proir to this no phone calls and when I did call I was hung up on. I am getting my  vehicle towed tomorrow it's been at the shop for over 30 days now. I wait on the other organizations I sent paperwork too about this matter. I would never again in life Support any Black Owned businesses nor believe persons of being honest nor trust worthy..They had no intentions on addressing this matter no paying Mr. S**** at *********** ************. I am grateful to him for helping me in this matter .

BBB spoke with the owner who said that the vehicle was taken to a dealer in Elma (******* *****) for repairs and has been sitting there since December 29 having the warranty repair done. The consumer would need to contact that business regarding the repairs and the finance company has also been notified of where the vehicle is located.

I purchased a 2015 ****** ****** from All N1 Auto. The day I picked the car up. It needed a jump start. They picked the car up 2 days later to fix struts on car. When I got the car back I drove it 3 days and it needed to be jump started again. Owner Joel B**** stated I left something own. He was putting a new battery in. After 2 weeks of the same ongoing issue I requested my refund back and tried to cancel my contract. ****** **** ****** stated I had to prove the car was a Lemon. Proved it along with paperwork . Couldn’t get out contract and Joel told me take it to ****** Dealership at my own cost. I’m out of $2300 for down payment and insurance. Took it to ********* and got report car was wired incorrectly and could cause fire. And it wasn’t a factor alternator, and the computer system wires were cut and wired incorrectly also. Told Joel all of this and he keep stating nothing was wrong with the car. It was me leaving something on, which was a lie.

To whom it may Concern,Ms.****** Purchased a Car from All-N-1 Auto and she didn’t have all the money for the down Payment,She wanted to put down $1,000 dollars and pay the other $500 dollars the following week, I Agreed because she was a friend of a friend. I Told Ms. ****** that nothing was wrong with the Vehicle, I put in a brand new Alternator from ******** in the Car, Bought two new batteries from two different stores. Every Time I got the car from Ms.****** it never needed a jump but the moment she received the car back it needs a jump. I Told Ms. ****** that the car had a 24 month Warranty that I put on the Car just in case something happened with the car and if My Mechanics couldn’t fix it . The Deductible on the Car  $200 hundred dollars to get it fixed under the Dealership of ******. Ms.****** owes me $250 dollars still. In Response to other things under New York State Law, 72 Hours There are No Refunds and all sales are final. Now in Response to her refund because Ms.****** never made  a payment on the car  she has a repo on her record with ****** **** ******, which made them in return come after me to pay back the loan that Ms.****** Defaulted on which is $6,150.00 that All-N-1 Auto LLC has to pay for, Ms.****** Negligence, As well as s the $250 dollars she failed to pay me for also I have emails where she sent me $200 dollars for the $500  she owes . Thank you for time, Sincerely, Joel B****
