I received a call from ************ with an accompanying voicemail from Susan L*****. No company information was given but the caller stated it was reference a legal matter and papers she had with my information in her office. Within minutes, she proceeded to call my place of work. I called Susan back and asked multiple times what the call was in reference to. When I stated that she is not permitted to call my place of employment she laughed and advised that she is. She asked me to verify personal information which I said I wasn’t going to do over the phone without so much as a company name. I then notified her she can take proper legal measures to notify me of the information in writing and she disconnected the phone call saying that she would. Since she did not at any point advise what company she worked for I had to query the phone number and name. It didn’t take long to discover that this business is notorious for their unethical and illegal notification practices. At this time, I have no idea what I was contacted about but have received nothing in writing as is required by law. I am requesting this company to cease and desist contact me or any numbers affiliated with me or my family. If calls of this nature continue, I will take legal action.
