      This company is calling harraaing me and my family not providing any information on why they are contacting. They leave ridiculous messages with no information! Stop harassing me

      This Company is harassing my family members. This needs to stop! I don’t even know why they are calling and who the debt is from!! I have not received anything at all about this debt/collector. All I know is they are contacting my Ex which is NOT ok!

      This company calls every 5 minutes and the caller ID comes up as Cambodia. I refuse to pick up a call that is coming from out of the United States. They leave a vague message with no detail of why they are calling.

      It is against consumer law to contact family and friends harassing them about personal matters. I'm receiving voice-mail that are cutoff or can't hear anything at all. I want to remove any contacts by phone especially to family and friends. Contact only through mail or emaio.

      If I could give this company and their representative "Alex W*******" a ZERO I would. I recently had an unfortunate encounter with this company, specifically with Mr. Alex W*******, which prompted me to share my personal information. On November 2nd, I received messages from this company asking me to call them back. In response, I reached out and was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from Mr. Alex W*******. Throughout our conversation, he repeatedly talked over me and proceeded to dictate what I should do regarding my situation. He yelled at me that he will let the company know that I refuse to pay!!! Why threaten me? Worse, I had a reasonable request - I asked Mr. W******* to refrain from contacting me at work. I explained that my employer does not allow personal calls during work hours. Instead of acknowledging and respecting this reasonable request, Mr. W******* again raised his voice and began harassing me, essentially telling me that if I didn't want calls at work, I should just pay my debt. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional, but a violation of my rights.

      I typically try and avoid dealing with collection agencies but I am trying to get a loan for a house and needed to pay off a loan that i had defaulted on last year. I spoke to Tina C**** at UCRB and I must say it was a very positive interaction. She allowed me to set up payments that we’re comfortable for me. She was more concerned with my payments clearing than taking my last dime every month. I made my last payment to them last week and i am hoping that i can get a loan.

      They keep calling my brother and mother who live in a different state, Why dont they call me and leave a voicemail? It is becoming an annoyance. It is against consumer law to harass family members.

      Would leave 0 if I could. Called multiple family members multiple times before even calling my number. When asked to remove any other numbers because its harassment he laughed and told me he can call. Fine these people have nothing to do with you or my business. Any other communication can be sent via registered mail.

      If I could give this company and their representative "Scott T." a ZERO I would. This company called my phone repeatedly (back to back) this morning while I was in a meeting. I call back and ask that my name is removed from their call list. I asked for communication to be sent through the mail and Mr. S**** gets upset and tells me that he will let the company know that I refuse to pay!!! Why threaten me because I do not have time to go back and forth with you? Of course at this point I become rude and he tells me that I am speaking over him. I am not sure how asking for mail correspondence is refusing to pay whatever company I owe but UCRB should understand that this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I called back to ask for his name and he tells me his name "does not matter" and to "NEVER CALL MY COMPANY AGAIN". What sort of professionalism is that from a "COMPANY". I called back multiple times to see if I could speak with another representative but of course it must only one employee Scott who answers the phones. I was able to find out his name from his voicemail since he started to ignore my calls after our interaction. Business is business. Your representatives should understand that SOME Americans understand their rights and read the law especially when it comes to creditors. We all have jobs and are trying to pay bills etc. You can NOT threaten someone who asks for correspondence by mail because the customer becomes rude after you have made multiple phone calls in less than 5 minutes. Please make sure you always request things in writing by MAIL with United Check Recovery Bureau and speak with more than one employee who can remain professional and do their job.

      They call way too much and even called my wife while she was at work. I don't deal with any company over the phone due to the amount of scams so if they want money... ******** send me a letter!
