SCAMMERS,praying on people in need of financial solutions. I had a great credit, but purchased recently home with my wife and took several lian to finance my construction. I was being very diligent with all my payments and kept credit above 750. Then one day I received a letter from this company offering a debt consolidation solution which would help me to pay my loans faster with a great deal and percentage to save on principal. Sounded great, my senior financial consultant name was Todd P*******, well spoken or rehearsed person, explained everything and within a day or less I had public notary knocking on my door signing all the required documents. I was assured I didn't have to pay my loans as all has been taken care of upon me giving them all my info, they even had access to my banking info and system. Only to find out 2 mo ths later, that literally nothing has been done, my creditors started to call me back. My credit ruined and no response to emails or calls of course. Thus is an evil enterprise that prayed on people in need. I hope they'll get caught and prosecuted. Very upsetting and impacts of this damage will cost me now several years to fix. I wished I never opened their letter. What was I thinking. I'm ready to file a lawsuit against them of anyone can locate who these people are.

Very helpful the first two days talking with then nothing. Phone numbers and email no response. I should have known better. Can I please get my information removed from data base please.

I received a letter from this organization I called and spoke to K. T***** he seemed very helpful at first. I am so glad that I never met with the notary. After I made numerous attempts to contact I ultimately never got a call back. Now that I have read all these reviews I am so glad he never responded to my texts/emails. Do not work with this organization, I want all of my personal data/information removed from their data base.

I received an offer from RUTH ALLEN of STRATEGIC CONSULTING for CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SETTLEMENT at a very low interest rate. She told that the offer would be for settle the debt for lower amount and payoff the total due for a lower amount at lower interest rate and pay off the debt within short period of time. I proceeded, and she collected all my personal information including DOB, S.S # and she told me she would send a notary to my home for my bank information and to sign paperwork next day. Only then was I told about the fees. I decided to look the company up on the BBB and was horrified. I do not want my personal information sold, and I do not want my debt “negotiated”. After the notary came, none of the phone calls were answered and the calls got disconnected after the first ring. All the numbers listed, including their toll free numbers have none to answer. This company is misrepresenting themselves and also sending out false advertisements. I want all of my personal information removed from their database, and I do NOT want my personal information sold or used in any manner. She withdrew first month payment too. Also, I need my payment refunded.

They promise they will take care of your credit card problems right away but it actually will take them about 5 years... either way we had sign paper work with them and agreed to make the monthly payments and then try to cancel the very first month after we rethough this through which they waited until they took our payment and now we have yet to receive our money back and it has been 17 days now... all we want it for them to give our money back and to delete our information from their data base. Thank you.

I was contacted by the NYC branch of Strategic Consulting about a debt consolidation. I agreed, they sent a notary within a few hours. They were supposed to work on 7 on my credit card debt. I had additional questions and have been unable to reach either the Buffalo office our the office in NYC. I am worried that my bank account will be debited for the amount of the monthly fee. I have the name of the consultant, tried calling him, tried emailing him and can not get any clarity if this firm is legitimate. ****** *********

I reached out to try for a loan after receiving a pre-approval via mail. I spoke with Kevin R*** one of the senior financial consultants. Let him Know we had some rough times after Covid and couldnt afford to keep paying the bills and our cards cause they all kept increasing. He did a pretty good job explaining the approval process and In about 10mins I got a high interest loan offer with Lightstream and Marcus by Goldman Sacs and zero payment with Sandstone Legal. He explained the options throughly because I could not believe zero interest, I understood better when I learned for that to happen I had to be ok with closing a few cards, and I decided I liked the payments and benefits of the Credit Card Modification with Sandstone. I couldn’t use most of cards anymore anyway but I wasn’t too sure about ruining my credit history or my score because I had my accounts for years Mr. R*** tried to explain that wouldn’t happen but I didn’t feel better after I did some research of my own and so far so good. He also showed me how much I would save time and money monthly, best of all how I could repair the damage done to my credit score by paying back faster and by the end would have the accounts show up as paid on my report. I have an app they gave me to download that keeps me updated on progress with my creditors and I can even make extra payments when I’m ready. I found over time what he said to expect was true. They notify my creditors and show me where my payments go and cover every enrolled account so I don’t have to worry about my creditors. I was even able to keep a few cards for emergency. I think most of all I’m able to see a difference in the money I have every month, I’ve already paid down two of my other cards and i cash to use now instead of those cards, so far I’m happy because I needed to do something to change the position Im in. 10 months in so far and I had to show my gratitude.

I did not go through w my application after reading all this terrible reviews ,I knew something was off because the guy on the phone was very pushy to make this happen , luckily I did some research and find out about the reviews and found out the loan I was getting wasn't an actual loan ,I told him by text message I won't move forward ,he asked why ,I communicate the reviews and thats the end of it ,I do not want to have any business w this company please erase my information and do not share w any other third parties , I do. Not consent you to work ok my behalf and I do. Not consent the law firm as well,

it's a scam, they send you an offer of 3.5% as an estimate. It isn't an estimate it is a bait and switch. Do not work with these people, they are predatory at best. Will update if anything bad happens. the best offer they could give me is about 13%, which is higher than all of my current rates by a lot.
