I have been working with Atlas Debt Relief for over two years and I have been incredibly disappointed. They are not paying my debts off as they promised as part of the debt relief program. I have paid over 10K and none of my debts have been cleared. They are only paying off a small amount at a time instead of settling anything. My credit has pulmonated since working with them and they have no remorse. They will not properly update me on anything and keep saying "your credit will be going up soon" this has been an ongoing response for months. I am at the point now where my credit is so low due to this that I can't buy my first home. They need to be shut down.

I contracted with Atlas Debt Relief Company to manage my credit card debt in September 2022. Since then, they have settled only one debt and have been monthly withdrawing $483.58 to the ****** ** LLC account to pay the rest of the debts. In June 2024, I ended the program and paid them $15,407.83 in a lump sum to close all my debts in one accord. They received the sum and stopped monthly debits from my account but did not pay my creditors. As a result, one of them has forwarded my account to a collection agency. I want them to refund my money so that I can pay my creditors myself. Contacting them on the phone is impossible - they have disconnected it! I know that a lawsuit has been opened against this company, but that does not mean that they have to continue mismanaging their clients' money meanwhile!

Atlas debt relief was helping me settle my credit cards balance. I own 40k and during my first call to them they quoted me $578 monthly payment. Then every time they negotiated with a creditor I received a call from this company asking for more $. Then I was paying almost $800 monthly after and there were some credit cards that were not settled yet. I decided to cancel and deal With the credit card companies myself since my monthly payments kept going up. This was apparently 3 month ago now and I was told I have a little over $2000 in my account that was going to be sent back to me 3 days after the account was close. Is going on 3 months now and still no money. I have contacted them multiple times and they see the $$ there but no one knows why I haven’t received my refund. I want my $! Back bottom line. I’m sick and tired of this company back and forth. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

In January of 2023 in sought credit card relief from Atlas Debt Relief. I had approximately 30,000 in debt and they agreed to negotiate a settlement and mange my accounts with monthly payments of for 10 motnths. They were only able to settle one of they accounts for around 3000.00. I had paid them almost 6000 at his point. They suggested I sign a personal loan with ******* for the other two accounts, because they wouldn't settle without total payment. I agreed because it had been 10 months and I wanted it resolved. Those two accounts were at 24,000 which is want the estimated loan would be until the accounts were settles. I signed the paperwork and they accounts settled for about 18000. However, Atlas transferred the remaining 3000 to *******. I have contacted the company numerous times and initially was told that it took 3 months to do the accounting and adjust the loan amount. It has been 9 months now and I have paid almost 8000 and no one will return my calls and my loan amount has not been adjusted. I have been paying over 20% interest on 9000 that wasn't used on my account. I received a letter in the mail yesterday saying that they are changing all their information and I should login to the portal and update/sign all the new terms. I am not going to go that. I think my only recourse is to close my account and wait for them to contact me.

Too much money went to ****** ******** for unexplained fees and charges while no money was paid toward reducing the debt for the 3 accounts on the program even after a settlement was agreed on and approved by myself and the creditors. **** ** ******* set my account to a collection agency because Atlas failed to make payments in the agreed amount on the required date. I did not agree to the extravagant high fees charged by ****** ********. In fact, I thought that I was doing business with Atlas Debt Relief only. Your agent promised that there would be no charges until all debts on the program had been paid off. He deliberately misrepresented the fact that charges are being taken out by excessive processing fees. I paid $1,222.14 each month starting May 2023 by allotment so there is no excuse for payments not being made by Atlas Relief on the effective settlement dates to my creditors on the program. This is an obvious credit scam!!!

I contracted with atlas debt relief and was told my debts would all be solved quickly due to not owing that much. we went over my monthly rate and how long it would take for everything to be solved in november 2023. we are now in june and only 1 debt has been paid towrards. in May 2024 they charged me extra money and said it was a retainer. i did not authorize this charge and it was never disclosed to me that it would be charged. They will not discuss anything via email and their buisness hours when i try to call no one answers. i want to cancel the whole program and they will not help me to cancel.

5/23, contracted with Atlas Debt Relief to negotiate settlements for 4 credit cards. Upon calling one, *******'s, I learned they had never been contacted. Just today, all of a sudden a statement, a proposed agreement, dated back to January 24 appears. I took initiative and called *******'s, agreed to pay $270 per mo. Atlas will not remove that debt and continues to include it in my monthly payments. By the way, look at their website; they claim high approval by the Better Business Bureau.

December 2023 I opened an account with Atlas Debt relief. They have been deducting 422.67 from my account every month. When I try to call I keep getting music playing over and over and no one picks up. I want to close the account and get my money back. I could have paid my own debts by now and now they have me delinquent on all of my accounts. The message on the phone even gives a false website to go to to log in. I want all of my money back from December to 4/26/2024. Andrew P***** is the person who signed me up.
