I was in the airport in Buffalo waiting for my flight and purchased a tee shirt a this store on Dec. 30, 2022. When I got home and tried it on I realized I should have gotten a larger size. I called the store and left messages for both the manager and assist. manager for help. NO RESPONSE from either one. I wanted to return the shirt and get a larger size. I even offered to pay for the postage and also wanted them to call and let me know if this possible and to let me know either way. I also called JETSET market. Again NO RESPONSE. I would like to know one way or the other if my request is possible. Please call or email me if you need any more information. I have the receipt, but don't know how to upload it. I can take a picture of the receipt and test or email it to you.Business response

On 3/10/2022 I purchased 4 general launch viewing tickets for a space X launch scheduled for March 30, 2022 at 2:36PM. On March 21, 2022 at 11:01AM I was notified by email that the launch was rescheduled no earlier than April 3, 2022, launch time TBD. On March 21, 2022 at 1207PM, I followed up with two phone calls to Delaware North phone numbers ************ and ************. These numbers were listed in emails that were sent with information and tickets to the launch. Both numbers had busy signals every time I tried to call. Due to my restricted vacation time and my kids spring break from school we were excited to go during their time off. When the launch was changed that ruined our plans because we would not be able to change our previous scheduled hotel and flights that were purchased months before this launch was posted. After some internet searching I found a webinfo email that I could send to the company. I complained to them that I wanted a full refund because the launch date was changed. And that people from out of state do not have the flexibility to change vacations from one week to the next. The said that no refunds will be given because the launch date was moved. This is fraud and a scam as they will keep your money no matter what. All I wanted was a refund and they have done nothing but deny a refund because of their policy. The amount I want refunded is $326.99 for the purchase of the tickets.Business response

Today I purchased tickets to Kennedy Space Center that were intended to be used February 2022. I was not able to select the dates during the time of purchase so assumed it would be okay to use at the time planned. Upon completing the sale, the tickets were listed to be used until the end of this year 2021. I have been trying for several hours to have this issue resolved and my four tickets reissued for February but have been told all sales are final. I need someone to please help me. I spent close to $200 on these tickets!Business response
