Charlie H*** was dishonest , rude, treated me poorly and was a bully to me when he came to do my hardwood floor . On the phone he quoted me one price with paying him cash, when he came to do the job he quoted me a higher price or he would leave with his two workers, very nasty.. He could see all my furniture was all over and the living room was empty, he had the upper hand and he knew this .He had the wrong measurement to his advantage and would not remeasure. He took advantage of me being a widow and my age being 82 . On the phone he said he would do the shoe molding for me and give me a estimate and I had to remind him of this... Plus the mental strip he took off, he had to get a wider one so the job was not finished and I should never have paid him cash until he did this. I trusted him a big mistake! He said he would be back in a week to finish the molding and the mental strip and he never came. I texted him if he knew when he was coming his text was a NO! When he was called he said he was not doing it and never said he would that was a lie! Plus he said some nasty things about me. My Daughter was there when he said he would come back to do the shoe molding and finish putting the wider mental strip on.. They unhooked my phone and TV cable and never put it back, left me with no phone or TV.. Plus my floor is not the same color. I had to hire some one else to do the shoe molding and the strip that Charlie H*** said he would do. What he put me through was way to much and not right . Plus I paid him cash and he charged me way more then what his quote was , which I still have on my phone.. I hope that something can be done with this bad experience with Charlie H***!`.Please reply.
