I reached out to clinq care some time around October of 2023 in an attempt to get assistance from a navigator involving my healthcare. I let them know that my main concern was psychiatric care. I was informed that their services include scheduling appointments as well as transportation etc. I was informed that the navigator would check in on their clients to ensure needs were met as well. I was then told to contact my insurance to change Drs. Since the very beginning there was a lack of communication. First my Dr. was switched to new Dr. affiliated with clinq care. My first appointment was confusing because they set me up with two appointments at the same time at two different locations. I show up to the appointment with the name of the Dr on my insurance and they tell me the Dr that I was supposed to visit with was now working in radiology so they assign me to a different Dr.. Afterwards a new appointment was scheduled at the clinic, but when it came time to get to the next visit I had no transportation. Upon reaching out to clinq care regarding the issue I was assured that another appointment would be made. I expressed again that I was in need of psychiatric care. What I got in return was a confusing txt from them. I reached out and we talked about a place that was all booked up. I told her to reach out to other places. I was fed up with the lies they were telling me because by now months have passed. Everytime they called me my phone says scam likely. I let them know and they had no explanation. I let them know that I felt scammed, made to switch Drs. Whenever I got a reminder call from the clinic it states that I have an appointment with that radiology Dr on my insurance card; paying a Dr that I have never seen. There were 3 appointments I had no ride to & extreme lack of communication. Now 6 months later I decided to end my care with them as I believe they lie to people to get them to change Drs and are unequipped to navigate care for the mentally ill.
