I visited the Depew location of Focus urgent care back in June with my daughter. They took a $150 deposit at the time due to their lack of affiliation with insurance agencies at that time. I was told I would be reimbursed. I followed up with this reimbursement in September, October, and again in December. It is now January and I still have not received my refund. In September I was told the reimbursement process could take up to 90 days. I followed up again in October after 90 days and was told it was awaiting release from the insurance company. I followed up again in December after I received a letter from my insurance company saying they released the claim. In December I could not get a hold of anyone in their billing department. When I finally talked to a receptionist at the Depew location, their response was “oh, if you can reach them then we definitely can’t!” They provided me with an email of their operations manager. After emailing with the operations manager and the billing manager I STILL have not received a refund after being told it was submitted. This past Friday I was told by the operations manager via email that my refund was going to be sent out to me and I would receive an email with the copy of the check so I knew it was taken care of. 48 hours later and I still have no email of proof of my refund.Customer response
