In 2020, I contacted Dream Chase Technology, LLC (DCT) for employment services in the IT field. DCT informed me that they were willing to help me find a job and interviews if I paid $700. (See Exhibit E, F.) They did not help me find a job. A few years later, I reached out to them again and jobs (See Exhibit H). Again, they told me they would help but nothing came to fruition. I informed them of my immigration status. They informed me that they would sponsor me for a H1B visa, and list me as an employee under their company on the USCIS petition (I have this in a voice recording). They asked me for some documents for this service (see Exhibit J). They also asked me to pay $3,500 (see Exhibits K, L). After I made the payment to an account an India (Exhibit L) they told me they would submit a petition to USCIS, and they confirmed to me that this petition was in fact submitted (I have voice recordings of this conversation). A few months later, I contacted DCT for status update, and they informed me that maybe the petition was rejected by USCIS. I called USCIS, and there was no petition by any agency had been filed under my name as a beneficiary. I contacted DCT again but they did not provide any evidence that they filed anything with USCIS on my behalf. I believe I have been defrauded by this company. This company is conducting business with NY consumers, without a license, and I fear that they may defraud other NY consumers. I have attached evidence of ******** pages, property records of their NYC and Buffalo addresses, as well as my email communications with alleged employees from this company. I have voice recordings of alleged employees of this company discussing H1B services they allegedly provide. I am willing to provide these recordings if you need. I am willing to assist in any investigation you carry out. This company derailed my immigration status through their fraud, and now I may need a U visa certification if BBB carries out any investigation.
