I paid an invoice to ****** ****** **** on 05/08/2022 for $25 to renew a domain name. Even though payment was completed on time, my domain was marked as 'Expired', and is now being held by a third party. I opened a ticket #****** on June 26 to resolve the issue, but have never gotten a substantive response. The domain server is a VPS where I in turn host other websites. I have been completely unable to recover my domain or properly administrate my site. Every time I contact them, technical support tells me they forwarded my request to billing - which I know, but "billing" never responds. It is a very frustrating situation. I've contacted live chat a couple time, and they always say they'll prioritize my request for the billing team to respond to - but I still get no response. Rinse, repeat. I want my domain name back under my control and properly mapped to my VPS.Initial Complaint

on 7/17 at 2:27AM in the morning someone from an IP address of ************* tried MULTIPLE times to break into my accounts and reset passwords. It looks like they may be from Buffalo. This IP address traces back to COLOCROSSING.COM, which after a little research is a shady business known for their internet scams. I would like them to find the person that had that IP address at that time and, if possible publicly flog them. The apologize for their lack of security protocols.Initial Complaint

I am receiving "mail delivery reports" from this company. Showing spam is being delivered using my domain of "****************", senders are using "****************************", to send spam through their system. I have reported this to them on several occasions through their contact form, and indicated they were to cease and desist said emails, and allowing others to use my domain name, yet, they continue to allow it, and have not responded to my support request to cease.Business response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. so I will **NOT** receive any more email, correct?what about my domain being used by others fraudulently?has this been stopped also?
