I hired Calandra to do snowplowing service in November, 2022. We have had several storms and he has never showed up to do the plowing that he was supposed. I have several text messages indicating that he would be coming to do the driveway. Along with several excuses. He has signed a contract. I have to text him constantly to get any kind of response. Very frustrating and very undependable. Today is the last straw, we have approximately 6 inches and he still hasn't shown up to plow. When I signed the contract he told me he would be there first thing in the morning when the snow fell. I don't know what to do.Business response

This is false. The storms we’ve had were very hard to prepare for for any company scale and we understand your frustration
, it did take longer than normal to get there. However. You would call us and we would shoot over right away and you would have it done already. We have a route we follow. You are on our route. That’s all we ask for is a little patience. You would call and we would come right away and it would be done. We’ve been there many many times. The last time you called us, I was there within minutes. The contract stated that we have 48 hours from the last snowfall and we’ve adhered to that. Also the last time you called us there was no more than one inch in your driveway, I came there and I plowed for you anyway to make sure you were happy. The contract says 3 inches. Unfortunately, we feel that we have adhered to our contract and will not refund your money.
