I had pre purchased three sessions and only used two. I had an appointment scheduled that I needed to reschedule and when I called the number was disconnected. I was also given a $100 gift card for the spa that I wasn’t able to use as I found out they closed their doors with no warning.Initial Complaint

I was a customer at New Image for years and was in the process of laser hair treatments for two parts of my body. I received a call that my appointment was cancelled due to renevations. I tried to reschedule but was told they’d reach out to me and they obviously never did. I was lied to several times and had paid for sessions for another treatment I never used. I am extremely disappointed with how everything was and is being handled.Initial Complaint

11/26/2022 - I purchased a special black Friday deal for a 6 session full body laser spa package for $1200.00 (typically the package was $1800/6 sessions). I called the location multiple times and was unable to schedule a consultation however I was already a customer for a year for laser hair removal treatments for my chin. I was not aware they had completely shuttered the business until last week (3/2024). There was no notification of closure or remanded payment.Initial Complaint

Purchased a package of 3 treatments from this business. Used 2 out of 3 treatments in 2023. Attempted to use my 3rd pre-paid treatment and discovered that they went out of business with no warning or contact information. I am seeking refund for un-used treatment
