I had been looking for a new ***** dealer to service my car I found them to do my radio an front grill. Before pulling out of dealership radio software still wasnt working an my bumper wasnt put back on properly. I setup new appointment the denied that the bumper was there fault I had no pics of proof. Hwev when I took it back for my radio an door I took pics. They gave me back my car with the door panel not on or secure radio counsel wiggly an not in place aide paneling not in place as well. Spoke with GM brought it back that same week. After 2.5 hours which it took same te for initial visit, it still had same problems but now side paneling not in place now to.. manager denies it being there fault ask me to provide pictures as if I was liing. Agreed with me an said look this is the best we could do.. so disappointed I'm a si gle mother with limited income this hurts badly. I hv to find some to secure my door an radio panelling.Review from Mark T

Bought my truck from here. Wanted to add a rack. Mechanic gave salesman a quote. Rack installed would cost Same as I could purchase installed. I needed a rack that extended above the passenger roof to carry pipe/ canoe. They did not want to accommodate any farther. I bought the truck. I bought a rack from same manufacturer they quoted me. I made a 7:00am appointment. Called at 12:50 pm as I hadn’t heard from anyone. Jay my “ advisor” said he was trying to “ twist the arm “ of a mechanic because I was supplying it. Heard back from Jay at 3:45. He says mechanic says it is a 275 piece assembly and will take minimum 2 hours and wouldn’t be ready until sometime tomorrow. ($300+) I told him I would pick up vehicle and install myself. Communication earlier would have been more professional and why were they going to install for free to make a sale then overcharge when no sale involved?Review from Nicole L

My buddy husband and I were thrilled with the service initially. That was until we had realized they had stolen personal property out of the vehicle. My husband had spoken to an employee who had admitted seeing his custom $350 pair of ****** sunglasses inside of the vehicle but then said they were unsure of what happened to them, they just disappeared. They had stolen very expensive sunglasses that he used in the military. They could have at least reimbursed the money for the sunglasses since the thief won’t give them back but nope.
