    Pattern of Complaint:

    On September 13, and October 4, 2022, BBB attempted to contact Iguwes regarding a high volume and pattern of serious complaints. BBB received complaints alleging:

    advanced payment for merchandise that is not shipped to the consumer.

    The business failed to respond to any of the complaints through BBB’s complaint process.

    BBB notified Iguwes about the pattern of complaints and asked the business to voluntarily cooperate in eliminating the pattern by providing a written response outlining the specific steps it would implement in order to avoid similar complaints in the future. BBB also requested general information including the names & full contact information of the business’ principal officers and responsible management, the physical address of its principal office, affiliations with other businesses and a completed BBB Standard Business Questionnaire.

    As of October 13, 2022, Iguwes has not responded regarding the pattern of complaints or BBB's requests for information. BBB has concerns about Iguwes’ business practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.

      I ordered multiple products from this site. They never arrived. The credit card I used suddenly started seeing fraudulent charges. Customer support emails bounce, and the address on the website updates regularly to point at different office parks or post offices.

      Hi, I had ordered a printer from this business and has been a month since then. I paid for the item the same day and they issued an order number. Here is the order number ******. I have not received any updates or any reply in regards to the status of my order from the business. I inquired many times but they don't reply to my email. Also on their website, there is an option to track the order but it does not provide any information about the order. At this point I am assuming that my order is never getting to me. I am not willing to wait any longer to receive the item and would like to request the refund of my payment. Thank you.

      I purchased a specific mug on August 30th. I waited a week for tracking information. My purchase on their website states "processing". I have called them and left messages numerous times and emailed them numerous times about why my order is still processing but have not gotten a response back from this company. Also they keep changing their address information as well (see below). They are a scam and now they have my credit card information! :( I wish there was a way for you guys to shut down websites that do this. I wouldn't mind my tax dollars going to something like this.

      I ordered an ****** **** ***** lite on August 8th I was emailed saying my order was received it has been almost a month and I still have not received my order I have tried numerous times to contact I guess both by phone & email and have gotten no response that is why I am asking for your help

      I placed order # ****** for manscape shaver. I never got a email confirmation for 2 weeks. Then they send me this "if you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). But I tried calling and emaiing in both cases the phone gets disconnected and the emails are returned. This has been going on for the last 2 to 3 weeks. It seems this is fraudelant company. Know that i see on ******.

      on August 13, I purchased an electronic item for 27.00. For the past 5 days my purchase on their website states (processing). I have called them and left messages numerous times and emailed them numerous times about why my order is still processing but have not gotten a response back from this company.

      I ordered Refrigerator (07/31/22) spent $750.00 More items on 08/01/23 $1240.50 They sent me confirmation order number but, after then, no response my email. Company phone numbers are not working. Even 'track your order' is not working function. I am scared about my situation. When I originally checked that site through filtering fraud, it wasn't but when I googled it, it said lot of red flags. Since they didn't charge yet but I gave authorization to use my credit card, card company said stil they can charge through my card. They just ignoring customers and never follow up. Please help me! Thank you
