Ordered 1 cushion for $29. They sent 4 and charged $89. Return fee very costly and they won't accept anything that has been opened. The cushion is very uncomfortable. I sent an email within minutes of placing the order to cancel it but they sent it anyway. They did offer a 20% discount if I keep them but I am still out $60. Ordered 1 online sent 4 I called before the order left warehouse ticket was placed but the still sent 4. Reached out they refused to pay shipping to return nor credit me back. Purchase was mailed from US return was in Lithuania and they wanted 100.00 to return. Escalated issue no one called back. One big scam.Review from Brenda G

I ordered one foot rest pillow from this company. Upon checking out, it had automatically changed my order to four pillows. Contacted customer service and was told that it had already been processed and couldn’t be changed. This was in a matter of five minutes. Received the pillows, have not opened them and have tried contacting them in order to return them. Have only heard back stating that they understand that I want to return them. But haven’t heard anything from them as to how to do it. I feel that this company is not a reliable company. No one should change your order without your consent. I don’t want the pillows because I don’t want to do business with this type of company.Review from Michael Y

This is a scam company. Like the other unfortunate customers below, I ordered one but will be getting four. I should have paid only $28-29 dollars, but have paid over $95.00. Customer service is zilch and the best they would do is refund 15%. I am considering returning but from other reviewers I understand it costs a considerable amount, so do I return and loss more or just suck it up. Buyer bewareReview from Carol K

Klaudena is a SCAM. When you place your order for one item, they automatically change it to four on every item that you order. You have no way to change or cancel the order and the run around that they give you when you try to change or cancel the order is unbelievable. Read the very negative reviews on this company and DO NOT do business with them..Review from CRYSTAL H

SCAM! BUYER BEWARE! I bought 1 seat cushion but they sent and charged me for 4! In trying to return the other 3, I find out that all returns have to be sent to Lithuania! That's ridiculous! It would cost me more to mail the 3 cushions back to Lithuania than what I would get in a refund, if they would even give me a refund! I'm beyond upset! Do not get caught in the same trap that I did. I ordered 2 seat cushion and I received only 1 . when i called to let them know and could they credit my account for the second one I never received they said they shipped 2 and the could not credit for the one i never received. I would not recommend this company to any one it is a scam and a rip off.Review from Debbie V.

Unresponsive to Request to return items. I placed an order prior to Christmas. 1/2hour after placing the order I realized it would not be delivered in time for Christmas. I immediately phone the company directly representative cancelled the order. After Christmas I recieve 4 seat cushions. When I call the company to return they ask me to ship the cushions to Lithuania!! I paid 94.91 for 4 cushions. Shipping to Lithuania 93.25....The representative assures me they will take care of the restocking fee but NOT the SHIPPING. After 6 emails and 5 calls to contact a supervisor no calls have been returned and I have product that needs returned. Very disingenuous and lack of transparency regarding returns. No attempt to make it right. I did try a seat cushion but could only tolerate 3 hours sitting. Very hard and uncomfortable.Customer Response

1/24//24 After multiple phone calls and emails. Tonight’s call resulted in a 25 $ refund from the 95$ paid for 4 cushions that were cancelled 1/2 hour after the order was placed. I was instructed not to return unopened cushions. Will donate them.Review from Brenda S

I ordered 1 seat cushion. They took money out of my account for 4. I have tried to cancel. But they shipped them anyway. And will not listen.
