I received a ticket on 7/26/23. I am trying to appeal, as I did pay for the parking, I just made an error on my car plate number. (picked wrong own from parking app). no one replies, appeal site keeps saying error, no one answers the phone, unable to resolve. TIcket # ***********. I have proof for paying that day. terrible customer service. NOT PAYING for ticket! need to communicate with "HONK" parking owner.. please cancel ticket

I notified the attendant at ******** Garage (Carol) in Cincinnati on February 27 that I would not renew for March 2023. On March 2nd or thereabouts, received a past due notice for March 2nd. The attendant's boss said I was late in notifying. Asked for posted rules about this and there has been no response at the time of this post. Nothing is posted at the ******** Garage. >> This is the second irritation, the first incident had to do with a break-in at the garage, into my vehicle. Of course, Allproparking/Premium Parking says it is not responsible.

When I came out to my car the parking attendant Dan was so rude to me and aggressive even taking it as far as hitting on my car to emphasize his point that I couldn’t park in that lot which is fine but don’t touch my car for one and he needs to learn how to speak to people he is nasty and secondly he tells me I have outstanding tickets which I know I didn’t because I never had any tickets on my car prior so I was confused he literally told me to my face I was lying and they were sent to my home address told me to go online to pay so I called the main office and patty said herself that she doesn’t know why Dan would tell me that because they don’t send tickets In the mail so he was lying so she told me to dispute I did they were denied and I called back and she told me Dan will get back to me which probably won’t ever happen at this point since he has an issue with me and on too of that I got hired by this company a few weeks ago filled out the hire forms and everything on the app never got any details on where to report to I even called and got no answer dan even gave me his card I tried calling more than once and no answer I’m glad because if he is that rude and don’t know how to talk to a young lady then I definitely wouldnt want to have a supervisor like him patty is so sweet and even apologized on his behalf she should have his position

I received a parking ticket despite being validly parked. Ticketer was in car nearby and appeared to watched me park. I went to a valid business for the parking lot, within a valid time-frame. I was issued a ticket 5 minutes after parking. I returned to my car 30 minutes later with purchases in hand and ticketer was still parked nearby. They appeared to be 'lurking' or waiting for a confrontation. As a young, petite female this was threatening posturing. It took 3 phone calls and 3 digital disputes to get this ticket waived. Complete waste of time. Very concerning behavior considering the parking lot was in a college shopping plaza. Ticket appeared to be an intentional fabrication and customer service wasn't eager to accept responsibility.
