This complaint for loveJoy location, On November 2,2023 I went inside the Carbon’s pizzeria, so I ordered off the menu above the counter, I ordered 1 large pizza half pepperoni half sausage and a whole ham sub.Thr price on the menu was lower than the woman charged me, I’m bringing this to your attention because it’s a on going issue because the woman who charged me told me that the price are not correct, the register is higher and her boss doesn’t want to change the menu price so it was higher buy $10. That a lot and she been dealing with this issueBusiness response

BBB spoke to the owner of the business and the following was relayed: Prices are subject to change without notice. That is posted in 2 spots on the menu above the counter. It is also posted online. The reason that the prices have not been updated yet, and subsequently it is posted that prices are subject to change, is because businesses in the Lovejoy area have been given a grant to help with building updates. We are currently in the process of getting all new stuff. The grant process is tedious, they require multiple estimates on every job before the project can be approved. Anyways, we are in the process of updating our building through this grant and once we update the new menu above the new counter will reflect the new prices. As soon as we get things rolling all of that will be replaced. In the meantime, it is clearly posted that prices are subject to change and any customer who inquires about prices is given accurate information.
