    I purchased two concert tickets and parking for the event. Concert canelled due to covid. I could not attend the rescheduled date and asked for a refund. They sent me all over the place. Stopped responding to me. Sent me back and forth between the event and production company. I just want my money back. **** ** *** ***** used twenty6 productions. Then changed production companies. **** ** *** ***** sent me to twenty6 productions for refund and Twenty6 Productions sent me back to **** ** *** *****. If you could get me my refund for my two tickets that would be greatly appreciated. Hi ********, I've attached pictures of the email from the company(I did email them earlier but never heard back) And also pictures of the two tickets. It says Order# ************** on the ticket. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter for me. Do you remember who you spoke to at Twenty6 Productions? Also if you have it handy can you forward us your ticket confirmation email or send the confirmation number please. We will contract Twenty6 as they were the ticket brokers for the event - like a ************, just on a much smaller scale - and they were responsible for the automatic refunds. We had nothing to personally do with the ticketing or handling of the refunds. Again we apologize for Twenty6 giving you the runaround. As our event is in a few short days you might not hear back from us for a bit but trust we will follow up on this issue. Thank you for your patience.
