Nothing but issues since I moved here (only 4 months ago), off to a terrible start! When I moved in, there was always dog feces in and around the courtyard/walking area. Maintenance person Edward has a nasty attitude. Also, in the 4 short months that I've been here I've gone w/o heat on cold nights and a few days w/o hot water. These issues have been addressed. The property manager rarely, if ever responds. There is no clear way to get upper management's information to inform them of what is going on. People are constantly in the courtyard at indecent hours being loud and trying to get into the building. I'd Never recommend anyone to do business with Sinatra and company!

What ever you do, don’t rent from this company. They are fraudulent, I have lived here a total of 10 months, both my husband and I moved out Nov.15th and returned the keys as per the lease requirements. According to the lease if you move out and you leave the apartment in the form in which it was rented out to you, you have the right to a full refund of your deposit! We did just that. We never repainted the walls, we never left the apartment dirty. We deep cleaned the place not once but more then once! I ensured that it was in livable conditions and that the apartment was returned back to its rightful owners as it has been first rented to us. Fast forward to today, ERAP has paid them in full, there’s a remaining amount and we have not received our deposit in full. They have done everything in their power to prove that we didn’t deserve our deposit. We were charged a cleaning fee, a painting fee and according to Kyle our deposit has been applied to the balance! Which is Malarkey! How is that even possible?! ERAP PAID THEM IN FULL. Oh and our storage room downstairs also was filled with mold and mildew. I have pictures of that as well. The bathroom cabinets are dirty AF. When we first moved into that apartment we were told by the real estate agent that it would be deep cleaned… it wasn’t! I had to literally take a few days off of work and deep clean it myself. It was so nasty that I had to purchase wrapping foam and place it in the cabinets. We had asked for a non smoking building, we literally had to fight tooth and nail for our neighbor that was below us to move out because her smoking habits started interfering with our lives and health. This too I have proof of. I’d like to add prior to signing the lease and moving here. An Uber driver who was also a former tenant of this company also warned us not to move here. She in fact told us her horrifying experience with Sinatra.. looking back I wish I’d listened and told my husband let’s stay where we were. Even the former landlord fore warned us about Sinatra..
